May Be My Most Important Post Ever
Having been a legend in my own mind (while turning the Ten Commandments into the Ten Suggestions), I have battled the fallout from the false belief that the one who ends up with the most toys win. Unfortunately, tens of millions are now battling the demons of high anxiety and depression and its literally killing them and gravely impacting their love ones.
I urge you to read this article and pay close attention to the recommendation of diet and exercise. I was a heavy diet soda drinker and have gave them up 99.9% of the time (you must read this article if you drink diet soda). I have implemented changes in my diet (but not enough yet to see dramatic results in the mirror) and have done more exercise in the last several months than I did for 30 years previously combined.
I’ve concluded that there are only two types of people:
1- Those who are a mess and know it.
2- And those who are a mess and don’t know it (or refuse to know it)

For many reading this, life will seem like just three stages:
1- You’re going into the forest
2 – You’re in the forest
3- You’re coming out of the forest
While #3 seems like the only time there’s some peace in your life, knowing you’re not alone in #1 and #2 stages will make all the difference.
While I concluded it was a big lie and there is no gold in the golden years (lol), I can also tell you that it’s not how you come in but how you go out that matters.
Just know as dark and impossible it may seem now, God loves you and so do I.
