Insiders Now Dumping Massive Amounts Of Stock!

 We have an ongoing problem as of late, with insiders that have been dumping their own stocks like crazy, while at the same time also seeing record company buybacks.

King World News Is Reporting that these insiders are going against their own policy measures .

Last week, we noted a pickup in corporate insider selling, especially in technology shares, according to the excellent institutional research firm InsiderScore.com (see chart above above).

The selling didn’t get any better this week, and InsiderScore’s proprietary measure for technology remains depressed, among its worst levels in at least 8 years.

 Back in March of 2014 we saw similar activity to this, 

Nobody knows more about a company than its corporate officers and directors.

By extension, nobody knows more about the U.S. stock market than the sum of U.S. corporate officers and directors (also called insiders).

Up until 2013, Investors Intelligence used to publish helpful data on insider selling, but ever since it’s become difficult to get good insider sales data.
