In a statement, the Toronto-based information technology said it is operating at full capacity after it was deemed an essential service amid the coronavirus pandemic. Nerds CEO Charles Regan told shareholders the firm’s “strategic emphasis on cybersecurity,” is propelling the business to grow in an “accretive fashion.”
MegumaGold Corp (CSE:NSAU) said that it is in talks to acquire Nova Scotia-focused Osprey Gold Development Ltd (CVE:OS) in a deal which will create a leading precious metal explorer in the Canadian province. In an update on its ongoing corporate and exploration activities, MegumaGold said it is continuing discussions with Osprey Gold about acquiring 100% of all its issued and outstanding shares. The all paper business combination would see Osprey shareholders receive MegumaGold stock equal to an at an exchange ratio of one Meguma share for every two Osprey shares owned. “The company and Osprey Gold remain committed to consummating the proposed transaction and the parties are currently in the process of finalizing the terms of a definitive agreement,” MegumaGold said in a statement.

The A warrants are exercisable at a price of $4.25 for a period of five years and the B warrants are exercisable for the same price for a period of one year.

Capstone Turbine Corporation (NASDAQ:CPST) said Tuesday it has expanded its long-term microturbine rental fleet with the addition of another 1 megawatt (MW) C1000 Signature Series microturbine in the Permian Basin for one of the world’s largest oil and gas companies. The new long-term rental contract was secured by Lone Star Power Solutions, Capstone’s exclusive distributor in Arizona, Texas, and the Gulf states. The microturbine is expected to be delivered later this summer and commissioned in the fall of 2020.
ImmunoPrecise Antibodies Ltd.
