Predictiv AI Inc (CVE:PAI) (OTCMKTS:INOTF) (FRA:71TA) announced that it has received orders for 28 of its ThermalPass units over the past two weeks, which are scheduled to be installed before the end of December 2020. The company said the majority of these units were ordered by a Canadian provincial government, US public schools and several hospitals.

American Resources Corporation (NASDAQ:AREC) announced Friday that its wholly-owned subsidiary American Rare Earth LLC has obtained Pending Certified B Corporation status through the B Lab. The company noted that Certified B Corporations are businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose. B Corps are accelerating a global culture shift to redefine success in business and build a more inclusive and sustainable economy. American Resources said its subsidiary received a score high enough to qualify as a Pending B Corporation and over the next 12 months will have the opportunity to work towards a Certified B Corporation by completing the performance requirements.

Talon Metals Corp (TSX:TLO) (OTCMKTS:TLOFF) announced Friday it has closed an upsized bought deal public offering of common shares that raised $11.5 million. The company said it intends to use the net proceeds for advancing work related to its planned exploration and development program at the Tamarack North Project in Minnesota as well as for general working capital purposes. Talon issued 38,334,100 shares at $0.30 each, which includes the issuance of an additional 5 million shares as part of an over-allotment option.

Esports Entertainment Group Inc (NASDAQ:GMBL) (FRA:40Y1), an esports entertainment and online gambling operator, announced on Friday that Esports Gaming League (EGL) has signed an agreement with Arsenal Football Club to manage its Pro Evolution Soccer roster for the eFootball League. In August, Esports Entertainment inked a letter of intent to acquire EGL, a UK-based provider of esports events and tournaments. 

BioSig Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:BSGM) reported that St. David’s HealthCare of Austin, Texas, has purchased three of the company’s PURE EP Systems, marking the first commercial sale of the BioSig product.  “Our first commercial sale to St. David’s HealthCare is an important milestone as we proceed in expanding our installed base nationwide,” said BioSig Technologies CEO Kenneth L. Londoner in a statement. He added: “This installation cements our valued relationship with St. David’s and adds to the traction we are gaining in the electrophysiology (EP) market.”

Gevo Inc (NASDAQ:GEVO) (FRA:ZGV3), the next-generation ‘low-carbon’ fuel company, hailed on Friday news that major US carrier United Airlines Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:UAL) (FRA:UAL1) is aiming to reduce its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 100% by 2050. The airline stated the goal yesterday and it is the first major company planning the reduction without the use of carbon offset measures like tree-planting. It says that it aims to become “100% green” rather than to reach so-called ‘net-zero’ and will include using sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) in its strategy.

Loop Insights Inc (CVE:MTRX) (OTCQB:RACMF), a provider of contact tracing and artificial intelligence to drive automated marketing, said that it has released its multilingual capabilities for its digital wallet and venue management platform. The Vancouver-based advanced technology company said that the multilingual capabilities were “essential” to national rollouts of each platform. “Languages supported are English, French, and Spanish,” said the company in a statement. Loop has already successfully created venue bubbles for two separate live tournaments hosting top NCAA Division 1 basketball teams in Florida and Las Vegas.

NexTech AR Solutions Corp (OTCQB:NEXCF) (CSE:NTAR) (FRA:N29) has added Meeting Incentive, Convention & Exhibition (MICE) industry veteran Steven Seet as its senior director, Asia Pacific. The company said Thursday that Seet, in his new role, will utilize his vast network and industry experience to support NexTech with its rapid expansion into Asia’s MICE industry, which Allied Market research says is worth $229 billion. Seet, who is based in China, is a pioneer in the MICE industry with over 30 years’ experience spanning from international trade shows organization to mega convention and exhibition center management. 

Sanatana Resources Inc. (CVE:STA) said it has completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement of flow-through units of the company previously announced on December 3, 2020. In this closing, Sanatana issued an aggregate three million Flow-Through (FT) units, at a price of 25 cents per FT unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of $750,000. Each FT unit consisted of one flow-through common share in the capital of the company and one-half of one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one non-flow-through common share in the capital of the company at a price of 35 cents per warrant share until December 9, 2022. The securities issued in connection with this closing are subject to a statutory four-month hold period, which expires on April 10, 2021.
