Cloud Nine Web3 Technologies has strong platform for growth, having raised over C$5.5M

Cloud Nine Web3 Technologies Inc (CSE:CNI) (OTCMKTS:CLGUF), formerly Cloud Nine Education Group Ltd, said it had raised more than C$5.5million since January this year, giving it a strong platform for further growth.

In a corporate update, the group, which is focused on the growth of future Web 3.0 technologies, outlined key achievements of what it called a “record year to date”, which included the acquisition of Limitless Network and boosting its advisory board.

“This past quarter has seen tremendous growth for our company,” President Sefton Fincham told investors. “We signed key partnerships, made certain strategic acquisitions and added key executive members and leaders to the Cloud Nine team.”

He added: “Our impressive new advisory board has already opened doors and provided the executive team with unprecedented guidance, vision and leadership in a very short time span.”

Cloud Nine has two Web 3.0 technology initiatives: Limitless Technologies, its cryptocurrencies platform and Next Decentrum, its educational technology platform.

Limitless provides users with a plug and play way to mine their favourite cryptocurrencies, which are then immediately stored in a personalized in-app digital wallet.

Next Decentrum is building active, evolutionary, and just-in-time educational content and software inspired by modern theories.
