interesting to me that in the mainstream news, this story was headlined as a kentucky restaurant rather than a chinese restaurant.
..playing to stereotypes.. southerners love their roadkill.. but, ya know, them chinese devils will serve and eat absolutely anything.

        Chinese restaurant in KY

        • RAINSCRYPT

yes i’m aware of that. the point im making is the distinction in describing the restaurant as a kentucky restaurant shut down for roadkill rather than, for example, your headline, stating a chinese restaurant…. i am merely drawing attention to the way media manipulates the wording of information as a means of playing upon bias.

I ate elk in Norway and it’s very delicious.

In France, they’ve hauled in Chinese restaurants for health controls with very old and dangerous spring rolls.

When I went to Thailand they were eating all kinds of crap. Brrrr!
