To access the Deep Web visitors use a special web Browser named Tor, this hides the IP address and enables the user to browse anonymously various secret websites through a sophisticated network of encrypted websites run by secret webmasters.

“Besa Mafia is one example of a dark marketplace where hitmen look for business and where customers order hit jobs. The marketplace is operated by the Albanian Mafia, a criminal organization with over 30 000 active gang members in USA.” says Mr. Davenson.

To access their site, one would need to download the free Tor Browser and know the dark marketplace address. “Some marketplaces have addresses that can be found with a bit of research on Google, enabling even teenagers to order murder online if they have Bitcoin. ” says Mr. Davenson. 

To avoid being discovered customers never provide their name or address and pay with Bitcoin, a digital currency that is difficult to trace, and allows the user to remain anonymous . 

Bitcoins can be purchased with cash and other payment methods at Bitcoin exchange sites, as any other currency. 

Because Bitcoin transactions are irreversible, and do not contain neither the name and address of sender, nor the name of address of receiver, customers use a middle Escrow Wallet to remain protected.
