As America Celebrates Flag Day, Domestic Terrorists ‘Shoot To Kill’ GOP Congressman Steve Scalise And Others

Washington DC in 2017 is a fertile breeding group where America’s domestic enemies are only growing in number, strength and power. Old Glory is under attack like never before, and that’s saying something.

America’s enemies sent a powerful message this morning with the attempted assasination of Congressman Steve Scalise at a basketball game. That this attack happened on Flag Day is all you need to know about the ruthlessness of those who hate our country and way of life. I am talking about the Liberals and snowflakes who are the domestic enemies that hate President Trump, not Islamic terrorists.

Rep. Steve Scalise was shot Wednesday morning in Alexandria, Virginia, a House colleague told CNN, in what sources are calling an apparent “deliberate attack.” The shooting took place at a practice for the GOP congressional baseball team. Scalise, a member of the House Republican leadership as the majority whip, appeared to have been shot in the hip and it appeared two Capitol Hill police agents were shot, according to Rep. Mo Brooks, who told CNN he was on deck when the shooting occurred.

Rep. Steve Scalise of Louisiana, a true friend and patriot, was badly injured but will fully recover. Our thoughts and prayers are with him.

According to both congressional and law enforcement sources, the shooting appears to be a “deliberate attack.” Two law enforcement sources told CNN the shooter, who is in police custody, has been taken to a hospital.

Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul, who was at the practice, told CNN “it would have been a massacre” had Capitol Police not been present. “Nobody would have survived without the Capitol Hill police,” Paul said on CNN. “It would have been a massacre without them.”

Scalise assassination attempt takes place on Flag Day to send a message

The Fourth of July was traditionally celebrated as America’s birthday, but the idea of an annual day specifically celebrating the Flag is believed to have first originated in 1885. BJ Cigrand, a schoolteacher, arranged for the pupils in the Fredonia, Wisconsin Public School, District 6, to observe June 14 (the 108th anniversary of the official adoption of The Stars and Stripes) as ‘Flag Birthday’. In numerous magazines and newspaper articles and public addresses over the following years, Cigrand continued to enthusiastically advocate the observance of June 14 as ‘Flag Birthday’, or ‘Flag Day’.

In our day, America’s domestic enemies are on the rise. Former White House occupier Barack Obama has purchased a mansion in DC where he has, with Valerie Jarrett and others, set up a headquarters for what most people refer to as the ‘shadow government’. Funded by millions from George Soros, they have dug in for the long haul to foment resistance to the Trump administration on all levels and at all times.

The fakes news media – CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, etc – push out and never-ending stream of little bits of truth mixed with liberal helpings intentional disinformation. Even Fox News, that last bastion of ‘fair & balanced’ news, under the nascent control of James Murdoch, is heading to Liberal Land at lightning speed.

For the last 9 months, America has been held captive to the fake news narrative of ‘Trump and the Russians’, without one, single shred of evidence of any kind to prove their claims. But a lack of evidence does not stop them from the endless barrage of “Trump and the Russians” stories that call for his impeachment. This is not only an attack on the president, it is also an attack on America itself. Does not our Constitution say that a person is ‘innocent until proven guilty’? Yet day and night without end, Trump’s guilt is pronounced by Liberals who believe that if they just repeat it often enough, it will come true.

Interestingly, that was the advice of Adolf Hitler’s right hand man, Joseph Goebbles.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Rep. Steve Scalise and everyone else who was targeted in this mornings assassination attempt in Washington. This is not the end of the madness, I fear, but only the beginning.
