Raw honey is an incredibly complex product and contains around 200 substances, but Manuka honey is even more remarkable.

For the past 4 weeks, I have been working through having COVID, and the prayers of you all have greatly encouraged and sustained me in that battle. The health protocol I followed was one that we outlined in a 2021 article entitled ‘What You Need To Do To Protect Your Body From COVID-19 Delta And How To Naturally Increase The Power Of Your God-Given Immune System’. On Sunday night last, my coughing grew so desperate that I contemplated driving myself to the hospital. As I lay in bed, praying to the Lord, He brought two words to my mind, ‘Manuka honey’. At first it didn’t make sense, until I remember I had purchased a jar of Manuka honey last year and never used it. I got up, coughed my way into the kitchen, and swallowed a rather large spoonful of the honey, and laid back down on the bed. Within minutes I felt that silky smooth honey coating my throat and for the first time in a week I could feel my throat relax. By the time a half hour had passed, I was sound asleep without a cough. An amazing miracle of healing thanks to the honey that God’s bees created.

Yesterday I added to that mix a a very healthy dose of Ceylon cinnamon, and that kicked things up even more.
