So as the President of Voxtur Analytics, Jim Albertelli is the not-so-secret technology weapon helping to “uberize” the real estate transaction landscape.

The common thesis between Jim’s work and Voxtur Analytics business is taking validated, flexible data elements to deliver software-as-a-service (SAAS) to clients. Voxtur Analytics has proved this in the tax world – validating tax transparency for homeowners, taxpayers, and municipalities.

Now Voxtur looks to close the complete real estate transaction value-chain loop – from the loan origination system, to the mortgage serving platform, to the trading platform. An end-to-end, encrypted, validated database engine that has yet to be done effectively to date (until now).
