        Too bad there’s absolutely no evidence whatsoever to support these claims.

          There is a lot of evidence which would indicate that these claims are valid. Unfortunately there is very little or no credible evidence (scientific, double blind studies). Until science takes these serious and conduct the needed studies, and nutirtionists believe the outcomes, there will be little progress.
