After being locked up, Dr. Ocean received a parole. But the assigned date was pushed further as a number of new victims began to appear and brought claims against this fake doctor. He was also charged of sexually harassing a woman in one of the Botox parties he gave.

It was October 2010, a lot of people were attending a party and Douglas was injecting Botox and hormones on women. Each patient was charged with 2, 000 dollars. During one of these parties, a woman alleged that Douglas talked her to allow him to give her injections on her genitals. He claimed that he could give her a “designer vigina”. It would make her feel as though her virginity is restored. But according to the prosecutors, the woman was touched the wrong way.

After that, parole date has been moved again.
