Our bodies are made up of many intricate systems that have ways of warning us when something isn’t right.

You may be eating healthy, doing sports or exercising twice a week, and drinking a lot of water and still have problems with your body.

The reason for that may be a nutrient deficiency, which means a shortage of vitamins and minerals. Luckily, no nutrient deficiency occurs without certain visible signs.

Be sure to check these symptoms attentively to figure out if you have a lack of vital nutrients in your body.

      Hello Angle#3,

Charlie here. Wow, you ruined my appetite with all those yucky foods. I was just about to bite into a doughnut. Luckily I have recovered. I am now munching on my 3rd doughnut.

Please put a warning if you are going to show plants and animals we have to eat. Remember, they are some of us trying to save the planet by eating doughnuts.

      Signed,

Charlie (I am currently trying to train my pet tiger to eat doughnuts. But he keeps licking my feet.)
