      Good info, thanks. I know what anxiety is from my own experience. Having read about holding breath here https://betterme.world/articles/benefits-of-holding-your-breath/ , I decided to give it a try and it turned out to be really helpful. But I’ve never tried sociological mindfulness. Thanks for the recommendation.
