What we are seeing is an abuse of power and lawlessness running rampant.
American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC)
For those who may not be familiar with the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), it is considered a “non-profit organization” made up of Conservative state legislators and corporate private sector “partners.” This mixture of government officials and corporate agents meet regularly, replete with funding from major corporations all across the world to discuss, plan, write, and submit legislation that is beneficial to the corporations and their bottom line.
In one sense, ALEC is a massive, commanding corporate lobbying firm. In another, however, ALEC is much more, since much of the legislation submitted by the attentive, greedy congressman is actually written for the Senator or Representative by the agents of the organization. It is an organization that provides funding and direction (marching orders) for Congressmen, particularly those at the state level.
Vaccines are pharmaceutical products, dear reader! They are manufactured by pharmaceutical companies.
It’s all about the money! Merck Paid Doctors Millions to Promote Vaccines
Question: “How many vaccines is it safe for a pediatrician to give a two month old infant?”
Answer: “It depends how much they are getting paid.” (An old joke)
Think about this, parents: whom do you trust for reliable information? Maybe a better question would be, “Can you trust pharmaceutical companies?”
Outside of the money being doled out to doctors, consider other ways Big Pharma uses its money. Here are some other examples:

Julie Gerberding, former head of the Centers for Disease Control, paved the way for eventual approval for Merck’s Gardasil vaccine, guaranteeing billions in profits for her future employer. After her tenure at the CDC, she became President of the Vaccine Division at Merck Pharmaceuticals.

Dr. Paul Offit is often seen in the media promoting vaccines as being “safe”. As a matter of fact, he states children can safely get up to 10,000 of them. What isn’t often discussed are the royalties he made from vaccine sales.

Dr. Andrew Wakefield identified the measles virus from the MMR vaccine in the intestines of autistic children. For his reward, this heroic doctor was stricken from the medical registry. Furthermore, his professional reputation was targeted to be destroyed. One website details how Merck deals with doctors who threaten vaccine profits. They say, “Court evidence now available on-line at the University of California library shows drug giant Merck systematically targeted [sic] “hit-lists” of doctors to discredit, neutralise or destroy critics of the safety and effectiveness of Merck’s drugs… Here is a memo from Merck discussing how to destroy doctors, where they live, that get out of line. Vaccines are not held to the same double-blind gold standard of clinical testing as other pharmaceutical drugs because they are considered biological products under the Public Health Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. They meet the same standards as cosmetics.

The per vaccine Federal Excise Tax is used to pay the vaccine injured through the government-created National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP). $3.1 Billion has been paid to date (through 2015).

There is a federal court that now oversees vaccine injury, and it seems to be VERY CORRUPT!
Also, back in 1982, it looks like these four drug companies — Merck, Connaught, Lederle, and Wyeth — threatened our Congress and said they would stop selling vaccines in America UNLESS a law was passed giving them complete immunity from being held liable. They wanted freedom from prosecution and accountability. (Then they shouldn’t push for mandates! Right, dear reader?) Merck develops, manufactures, and markets vaccines!
IMPORTANT INFO: On February 22, 2011 the U.S. Supreme Court shielded drug companies from all liability for harm caused by vaccines mandated by government when companies could have made a safer vaccine. From now on, drug companies selling vaccines in America will not be held accountable by a jury of our peers in a court of law if those vaccines brain damage us but could have been made less toxic. The government is in bed with big Pharma. The drug companies have nothing to lose.
If you get paralyzed by a flu shot or your child has a serious reaction to a vaccine required for school and becomes learning disabled, epileptic, autistic, asthmatic, diabetic or mentally retarded, you are on your own.
There is No Evidence Vaccines Work
Vaccine promoters like to point their fingers at critics and say, “Prove to me vaccines do not work.” But I have something to say to all the vaccine promoters: “Show me some evidence that they do work!”
Go to your local doctor and ask for a copy of a comparable study of vaccinated and unvaccinated populations for each vaccine the doctor is offering. Your doctor might scoff at you or dismiss your concerns as over-reactive. But press him to show you the long term studies that prove vaccines are effective in preventing disease. You will find that no such study exists. Be sure also to ask to see the disclosure label that comes with the vaccine. You will be shocked at the documented “side effects” listed for each vaccine.
Dr. Harold Buttram wrote a letter published in the British Medical Journal:
There have never been any studies of this nature, and apparently none have been attempted. Based on personal observation, it appears that before-and-after testing has been studiously avoided by government health agencies for fear that the results would discourage public confidence in vaccine programs… [I]n my opinion the NIH, CDC, FDA can justifiably be accused of negligence in protecting the health and welfare of the American public, especially the children.

“Ten Lies” Told About Mercury in Vaccines
Lie #1: “Thimerosal, 49.55% mercury by weight, is safe when used as a preservative in vaccines and other drugs.”
The Facts: The Eli Lilly Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for Thimerosalacknowledges that exposure to Thimerosal in utero and in children can cause “mild to severe mental retardation and mild to severe gross motor impairment.” The Sigma Aldrich MSDS lists abortion and fetal death as possible outcomes of in utero exposure.
Nonetheless, most seasonal and H1N1 flu shots for pregnant women and young children contain 25 micrograms of mercury in the form of Thimerosal. For this exposure to be safe, a child would need to weigh more than 550 pounds.
Thimerosal is a poison, neurotoxin, cancer-causer, and can interrupt the immune system and the normal development of an unborn baby or a child. Thimerosal is so toxic that putting it on your skin is illegal. However, the government not only allows but also defends its injection into the population, especially pregnant women and newborn children, as part of influenza vaccines currently recommended by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield established the Blue & You Foundation in 2001 as a charitable foundation. Blue & You Foundation appears to be more of a lobby group than a charitable group to promote their potentially harmful mandatory vaccination agenda. This is done through various grants to charitable Arkansas organizations. Much of the money that was used in establishing Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas came from the profit side of Blue Cross Blue Shield.
A lot of the money used for setting up the Blue & You Foundation could have been used instead to lower insurance costs to their customers. At present, the total asset of Blue & You Foundation is over 52 million dollars. Why is money being diverted from the profit side of Blue Cross & Blue Sheild to the Blue & You Foundation to promote the false agenda of Big Pharma, CDC, FDA, Arkansas Department of Health, ALEC and your ALEC Legislators?
Money can buy a treacherous agenda! If you check the IRS tax returns below between 2014 to 2015, you will see that they have millions of dollars invested in the companies which provides the chemicals for the vaccines. Irvin’s and Dotson’s Oath to American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) first – NOT to you: ALEC asks that the legislators raise their right hand and swear: “I will act with care and loyalty and put the interests of the organization first”. That means placing the corporate and special interests above their elected office! Hello?! This is a conflict of interest. One could conclude that the cabal wants their own appointed talking heads: a greedy corporate governance where their supposedly-elected officials put forth their destructive agenda for their bottom line.
ALEC corporate members and the tainted state politicians from all 50 states collude periodically throughout the year to work on model legislation which will benefit the corporate members’ bottom line. The legislators then take this model legislation back to their own state and “tweak it” to their state standard process. Yes, behind closed doors, out of state, ALEC hands our elected officials the bills and instructions to change the law for their benefit, NOT for ours!
