Illegal Aliens-Simple Solution-Class Action Law Suits for Discrimination, on behalf of Americans and Legal Immigrants

Americans, and legal immigrants are constantly discriminated against by unequal application of law.

Class Action Law Suits for discrimination, filed separately, against the feds, each state, county, city, and town for discriminatory application of law, on behalf of Americans, and legal immigrants.

Example 1: Illegal alien stopped while drunk driving-vehicle confiscated, illegal alien left by the side of the road, no personal punishment.

American, or legal immigrant, stopped while drunk driving-vehicle confiscated, booked, jailed, harassed, fines and penalties, etc.

Obvious malicious discrimination against Americans, and legal immigrants, through malicious application or lack of application of law, unequal enforcement of law equals discrimination.

Example 2: Contractors who use illegal aliens are contracted by feds, state, county, city, town. Feds, state, county, city, town rewarding criminal behavior at expense, and to the detriment of, Americans, and legal immigrants.

Example 3: Any tax, fee, penalty Americans, and legal immigrants, are forced to pay to support the unpunished criminal behavior of illegal aliens. Discrimination or Involuntary Slavery?

Example 4: Any work given illegal aliens is discrimination against Americans, and legal immigrants.

Example 5: Ebt cards, welfare checks used in other countries, sue the issuing state/county.

Example 6: Loss of quality education because illegal aliens are criminally using resources needed for Americans, and legal immigrants.

Example 7: Public funds used to reward criminal behavior of illegal aliens. I.e. food, shelter, energy, etc.

Example 8: Placing illegal alien children with criminal illegal alien parents, or guardians. Obviously these homes are not fit for innocent children, and putting these children in such situations is clear endangerment.

(The children should be placed for immediate permanent adoption by law abiding Americans, and legal immigrants.)

So where are the class action lawsuits?

Any person who has been punished for anything that illegal’s are not punished for has been discriminated against.

Any family member of the punished person knows they face the same discrimination.

Any neighbor, or acquaintance, knows they face the same discrimination.

Every American, and legal immigrant is a party to these various class action suits.

Hey Attorneys, get off your butts… Sue for legal fees, and force Equality in Law…You know… THE RULE OF LAW

A group of lawyers can set up class actions in each state. I suggest a different suit for each of the hundreds of examples…

By the way remember, malfeasance in office for all fed, state, county, city, and town, elected, appointed, hired, etc, who apply the law in a discriminatory manner…And complicity in every further unpunished crime committed by illegal alien, rape, mutilations, murder, property destruction, etc.

Good solutions are generally very simple, illegal aliens are criminals and anyone who protects them are complicit in all of their crimes.
