Armed suspect with an AK47 walks in the Chichos Bar in Chihuahua and opens fire, killing 6 and wounding another 22

Six persons, four men and two women were killed and 22 persons were wounded after an armed man attacked the Chichos bar in Ciudad Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua, informed the attorney general of the Occidente Zone.

According to the attorney, a subject arrived at the bar on board an automobile, type Malibu around 0.55 am this Saturday morning and opened fire on employees and customers, with an AK47 or Cuerno de Chivo as its known its Mexico.

The attorney general gave a list of the wounded, six of them women.
1. Ezequiel Núñez Millán, 21. Wounded in both legs.

2. Fabián González González, 20. Wounded in the left leg.

3. Eduardo Ledezma Acosta,  24. Wounded in the leg and right hand

4. Victor Hugo González Pinela, 27. Wounded in the skull.

5. Elías Lozano Salmon, 27. Shot in the back.

6. Leonel Ortiz Dominguez, 27. Shot in the back..

7. Jesús Ricardo Juárez Rodríguez, 39. Wounded in the left knee.

8. Sergio Omar Anchondo Arballo, 42. Wounded in the left leg..

9. Luis Alberto Torres González.

10. Jorge Arturo González Silva.

11. Carmen Rosa Domínguez Robles.

12.-Ernesto Sinaloa Heredia.

13.- Daniela Soto Moreno, 26.

14.- José Damián Jiménez, 21.

15.- Jorge Alberto A. Domínguez.

16.- Ángel Eduardo Díaz Chacón.

17.- Mario Castillo Meraz, 20.

18.- Wendy Azucena Hernández Meraz.

19.- Carmen Domínguez Robles, 18.

The victims were transferred by paramedics to the IMSS Centre for health and Medica Sierra Hospitals.

Manta found after execution at Chichos bar.

The manta with a message was found in a park located on Calle 48 in the Lazaro Perez Colonia, on the same day the massacre occurred in the city centre.

The message, from the group Gente Nueva of El Tigre, assure that they had nothing to do wit the events that killed six persons.

Otis: from what I can make out the text on the manta reads ” to the people of Cuauhtémoc, attention citizens, in order to inform and clear up the events occurring this morning, we had nothing to do with it, we do not kill innocents. We are going to defend the plaza and the people of Cuauhtémoc, ATTE Gente Nueva del Tigre”.
