BREAKING: Biden Administration Loses Major Immigration Case to Florida

A federal judge orders Biden to follow U.S. Immigration laws after Florida proved in court that the border chaos was intentionally engineered by his administration and policies. .. Today, a federal judge sided with Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody, ruling that President Joe Biden is responsible for the border crisis claiming the president effectively turned the southwest border into “little more than a speedbump.”

Oh, some little curmudgeon is squeaking about the Biden administration breaking immigration law. And WHY HAS IT taken nearly two and a half years for some dweebe judge to rule on it? This is a matter of trust isn’t it? Getting people into the country illegally is big business for the corporations who hire them and for the cartels engaged in human trafficking, the rampant corruption involved ensures it will continue..

Obviously they recognize the truth is getting out so suddenly we find a judge to produce a ruling that the Biden administration is responsible for the border invasion. Don’t get excited people, this is a ‘nothing burger’.  The media link to the judges’s order in the link above comes up as 404 (not found).

In a scathing 100-plus-page opinion, U.S. District Judge T. Kent Wetherell ruled that Biden’s catch-and-release policy is unlawful. The judge gave the administration seven days to comply with federal immigration law. .. The case went to trial in January and lasted a week. On day one of the trial, the Florida Attorney General’s legal team presented bombshell evidence that the federal government wrongfully withheld until just before the trial.

There is no punitive measures offered by the judge if Biden fails to comply, not even a fine which makes me doubt it amounts to anything substanitive. The J6 capitol films teleased to Tucker Carlson were ‘bombshell’ too but Qanon is still in prison for 4 years. We are all getting played here.

The Court finds in favor of Florida because, as detailed below, the evidence establishes that Defendants have effectively turned the Southwest Border into a meaningless line in the sand and little more than a speedbump for aliens flooding into the country by prioritizing ‘alternatives to detention

Ha! Ha! The evidence offered here is nothing compared to what Kari Lake’s legal team provided to Judge Thompson or to the appeals court case.  In the former trial Lake’s attorney’s got Maricopa County elections Director Scott Jarett to admit under oath that 19 inch ballots were printed on 20 inch paper causing the voting machines to barf out the ballot on election day which he originally affirmed under oath the day before as impossible to occur.  So the conradiction is an admision of fraud which of couse was tacitly ignored.

Biden is a uniparty president doing the will of the committee responsible for handling him. In his current state of dementia he is simply a walking Dildo, oblivious to where he is, who he is and what he’s doing. The Regime is feeling the heat from the general populace, so now to appear that something is being done.

The only good thing arising out of this judge’s ruling is bad publicity which the uniparty clearly fears tha will eventually render them unable to govern.
