Teacher allegedly gave 15 year old a birthday lap dance, says ‘I love you baby’ as class watched

While this is outside the typical purview of what WTF News covers, it deserves a WTFRLY. A Texas middle school teacher has been accused of giving a birthday lap dance to one of her 15 year old middle school students, in front of the class. The incident was supposedly videotaped as well.

According to a male student, “Ms. Smith” grabbed his journal and stopped him from talking to his friends as he walked into his third-period class. He said he sat at his desk, and after the tardy bell rang, she placed a chair in front of the room. Music started playing and the entire class of middle school students began yelling and telling him to sit down. It was his birthday.The student said he sat down and Ms. Smith gave him a full contact lap dance, rotating her buttocks against him and rubbing her hands all over his body. Ms. Smith also got on her knees in front of him and placed her head between his legs. The student admitted that he slapped Ms. Smith on the buttocks a few times.
At the end of the dance, Ms. Smith wrapped her arms around the student and he gave her bottom another squeeze. She hugged him and said “I love you, baby. Happy birthday,” according to documents.
During questioning, Smith admitted that she gave the youngster a lap dance at the urging of his classmates. She recalled that she lost her balance a few times as she circled his chair, which made the students laugh. She said her performance lasted about four minutes.
Investigators reviewed video of the lap dance performance and it actually lasted 3.54 minutes.
The growing problem of teacher-student sexual contact is more visible in a world with media outlets everywhere but it seems undeniable that the frequency of these incidents is increasing. Something is wrong in US classrooms, but is it unique to schools or a symptom of an oversexualized American culture?

Alan, natural law says children must be protected from adult sexuality. I know you’ll dislike hearing some of the reasons, but here goes.
(1) Children don’t know enough to ask, what is wrong with this adult, that he or she cannot find someone his / her own age?
(2) Children need to be able to trust the adults in their lives. For survival. Being taken advantage of undermines the ability to trust.
(3) Children need to develop impulse control and also the ability to regulate their emotions.
Sexual stimulation makes that development more difficult.

Alan these days the age of consent may differ, depending on the age of the other party.
In my state (Florida) an older man who has “consensual” sex with a 17 year old goes to jail.
If a person is younger than 24, he may have consensual sex with someone who is at least 16.

Then again, have you tried to go to a school to see your kids lately? The schools are pretty-much locked up, part-time prisons that you are NOT welcome in. They don’t want parents there, they don’t want you to see what they do with your kids, they don’t want to discuss what they teach your kids, they don’t want you to know the questions they ask your kids, and they don’t want you involved with the children while they are brainwashing them.
The last time I went to a Parent-Teacher conference, I thought I would lose my mind. I truly had to walk out before I became angry. I hold two bachelors degrees (engineering and metalurgy) and a masters in engineering. I sat for 45-minutes waiting to see a teacher who told me that my grade-A (consistent A’s) high school junior was ‘not social enough’ and should ‘lighten up and stop stressing so much about good grades, that he was ‘too smart for his own good’, etc. I asked her how ignorant she had to be to get her job as a teacher, or was it just a union slot that her nepotic uncle got her into. She told me that I didn’t have to show my uneducated ignorance, I explained that I was the Director of Engineering for a major local firm, was a consultant to the regional school district relative to math and science focuses. All of a sudden, you would think Obama walked into the class. She couldn’t back-track fast enough.
Take the unions out of the classes. Take the unions out of the schools. Open the doors so parents can see the extent of the social engineering happening in schools now. Wake up to the insane amount of financial overhead the unions are taking from the children’s education (when I grew up, we had one voted-in county school superintendent – and he oversaw six principals just fine. Now there are three, four superintendents per county, placed by the school board, each making more than $100k per year each – and they can’t even define their job parameters separate from what a principal should actually be doing anyhow).
Otherwise, you will not root out the pedophilia you keep seeing in schools. You will not stop the insanity of teaching children falsehoods under the guise of ‘improved social interactions’. You are seeing the degradation of children now, to where they are unable to write, comprehend, read and even reason. A few generations from now, you will have a cluster of simian-like children, sitting around, asking a computer if they should eat yet – because they have become so mindless, a machine has to survive for them. Doubt it? Ask yourself, do you think you could take a knife and an axe into the wilderness, and from those two tools, survive for a year without any form of assistance? Amazing. See how much only 100-years of ‘modern society’ has taken away from your previous 5,000 years of survival knowledge? Your ancestors were far smarter than you. Imagine how stupid your children and their children will be. If you think this ‘modern society’ is the only path, the right path, I’m sorry to say, you have been convincingly misled – and it worked.
