Fukushima: Typhoon Neoguri 'Record-Level' Force Landfall, Threatens Humanity With Nuclear Fallout (JUST RELEASED PHOTOS)

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

Super typhoon Neoguri took the worst possible turn, slowing, so it is gaining rather than decreasing intensity. Neoguri is not only threatening lives of millions of people and massive wind, water and landslide damage throughout Japan, including Fukushima nuclear plants and other nuclear facilities in its path Tuesday, as first reported Sunday on Before It’s News by Deborah Dupré. It is also threatening the world with unprcedented nuclear fallout.

Packing unprecedented winds with gusts up to 216 kilometres (134 miles) per hour, rain and a storm surge up to 50 feet, over a million people felt super storm Neoguri’s wrath last night, when its violence churned and massive 45 feet swells of water that engulfed Okinawa. The worst is predicted, however, since the storm slowed its pace.

A shattered building, damaged storefronts and toppled trees were shown on Japanese television as Neoguri approached the Okinawan capital of Naha.

Super Typhoon Neoguri To Hit Near Out-Of-Control Fukushima. ‘GAME OVER’?

“Record-level violent winds and high waves are posing a serious danger to the Miyako island region,” Satoshi Ebihara, chief forecaster of Japan’s weather agency, said during an evening news conference.

In the capital Naha, traffic lights went off. Television footage showed trees split by the force of the storm, signboards flying around and a restaurant destroyed, with the shattered building blocking a street.

The coastguard and local police found the first person Neoguri killed: a 62-year-old man knocked off his boat in rough waters near Japan’s mainland.

The Japanese weather agency had warned that waves could reach as high as 14 metres (45 feet).

Japan 2011 Quake-Tsunami Fukushima Disaster Memories Revived

The storm slowed, the worst action it could have taken in terms of potential damage, prompting leaders to hold an emergency meeting and urge local governments and residents to take maximum precautions.

“There is a risk of unprecedentedly strong winds and torrential rains,” Agency official Satoshi Ebihara told reporters at a news conference.

Japan’s  weather agency has now issued its highest alert, the top-level warning, meaning a threat to life and risk of massive damage.

The powerful typhoon struck Okinawa’s southern Japanese islands Tuesday, where 1.2 rmillion esidents took refuge from gale force winds, towering waves and storm surges.

Massive gusts and torrential rains will reach mainland Japan by Wednesday. “The storm could affect an area with a 500-kilometre radius,” reports AFP, including Fukushima and Japan’s other nuclear facilities.

Record-level violent winds and high waves are posing a serious danger to the Miyako island region,” Satoshi Ebihara, the Japanese weather agency’s chief forecaster, told an evening news conference.

“Waves could reach as high as 14 metres (45 feet), a weather agency official said in a warning “likely to revive memories of Japan’s quake-tsunami disaster in 2011.”

“I’m calling on the heads of municipalities not to hesitate in issuing evacuation warnings and don’t be afraid of being overcautious,” Keiji Furuya, state minister in charge of disaster management said at a government meeting.

Fukushima Meltdown Imminent: No prospect to resume cooling No.5 fuel pool

TEPCO, the operator of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant says it has no idea when it can restart the cooling system for one spent fuel pool. It halted the cooling system at No.5 reactor Sunday, after workers found seawater leaking from a pipe.

Seawater is used to lower the temperature of

coolant water. The company is still considering how to repair the pipe, it says.

TEPCO said the temperature will reach the company’s safety limit of 65 degrees in a little over a week and it plans to channel seawater into the pool to curb the rise in temperature – but made no mention of the typhoon or its unprecedented force on the facility.

“Trouble is looming at Japan’s Fukushima nuclear plant, as a leak has forced the shutdown of a cooling system that could cause temperatures to exceed dangerous levels,” Fox News reported yesterday, Jul. 7 in its article, Leak at Fukushima nuclear plant threatens dangerous meltdown.

If the system is not repaired within the next seven days, temperatures are expected to soar.

Sunday, the temperature in the pool holding the rods was about 73 degrees Fahrenheit, but started increasing by 0.193 degrees per hour, according to TEPCO.

If no new cold water is pumped in, at this rate it will reach the dangerous threshold of 149 degrees (F) in roughly the next week, according to the company.

“Such temperatures would increase the possibility of dangerous reactions and more radiation leaks in the plant.”

Japan has strict building codes and a strong track record of coming through major storms comparatively unscathed in the last few decades compared to its poorer neighbours. Those codes did not help it causing the world’s worse nuclear disaster in history in 2011: Fukushima.

The super typhoon could reach Japan’s southern main island Kyushu late Wednesday or early Thursday. The weather agency warns that the amount of rainfall by Thursday could reach as much as 400 millimetres (16 inches), posing a serious risk of landslides and flooding.

“We are in an abnormal situation where serious danger is imminent,” said Satoshi Ebihara, the Japanese weather agency’s chief forecaster, at an evening news conference Monday.

Summary: Nuclear and weather warfare madness.

      • HOT OR COLD?

The typhoon is a natural occurrence. There’s no evidence that it was generated by HAARP. And if it was then I am saying to those responsible that God is going to judge you one by one. All you evil minions who think you can get away have to reconsider your actions. Nobody hides from God for ever. You won’t live for ever, you’ll die and become dirt. May God have mercy on you and your minions for the crimes you are committing against humanity!

It’s the morning of the 9th. I just checked, and Japan is still on the map. The storm has weakened (as they ALL DO), and you are stuck YET AGAIN with egg of your face.

        Prediction Fail Rate = 1.000!!!

But hey, keep swinging for the fences. Eventually you are bound to hit at least 1 far fetched fear porn prediction.

Debra. Yes. I am aware of weather warfare. Do you have reason to believe this typhoon was artificially generated or enhanced? Please share proofs.

This is a satellite loop for Japan. There it is, manmade weather modification right before your eyes. Look for the bright white areas of clouds that appear out of no where. Sometimes it appears as a smoke bomb going off. In this instance, it is manmade and not an act of nature.

I forgot to mention that you need to click on the loop button. You can also view the 6 and or 24 hour loops. Here is another link that will prove my point. Look at the temperatures, the storms getting hotter in the north Pacific is not natural nor physically possible without interference by mankind. Although it does not include Japan, it serves as a good example. Click on the one on the right to get a loop with temperatures.

Here is a link that provides some insight as to the clouds that look like smoke bombs going off. Watch the video, 30:21 minutes/seconds long. If you choose to deny what I am saying and choose not to view the video first, chances are you are ignorant in this regard and choose to remain ignorant. That would only be taking away from this discussion and would support TPTB in their attempts to keep the public dumbed down. Cheers

        “chances are you are ignorant”

My thought exactly, on your satellite loop weather reading abilities.

Smoke bombs going off….   PFFFFFFTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The problem with what is happening at Fukushima now is not mainly the nuclear plant itself. The problem is with the nuclear waste fuel rods that have become too radioactive to use. They use these rods by inserting them to absorb radioactive activity, in order to slow or stop the nuclear reactor. Then they retract the rods, until they decide to re-insert and use them again. The most common way to store these unusable fuel rods that have become too radioactive to be useful, is to cool them in large deep pools of water near the nuclear reactor that generated them; circulating the water to keep the water cool. If the rods are exposed to air, they begin to burn and the water disappears because of the extreme heat generated by the highly radioactive fuel rods. Then an explosion follows. From what I have read, the fuel rods in an exploding waste fuel rod pool that has become waterless, generate over 14,000 Hiroshima bomb’s worth of radiation that enters the environment – eventually around the world. Another problem is that most of the nuclear plant cooling pools are filled, and to over-capacity. I have read that most of the radiation caused by the exploding waste fuel rods is in the form of cesium 137. Cesium 137 has a half-life of 30 years, and remains radioactive for thousands of years. After a rod, which contains many pellets and which is about the size of a long and narrow coffee table, is first removed from the nuclear reactor core, it requires 5 years to cool down enough to encase in concrete. I would think hurricanes and the force of water, or terrorist weapons could split the concrete open. They have not utilized a satisfactory way to deal with this form of nuclear waste. I think in all nuclear plants, the moveable waste should be transferred away from a viably functioning plant, to far less vulnerable areas of land, while also choosing areas far from populated cities. And these storage areas should have enforceable and effective no-fly zones to prevent terrorism from wherever the terrorists come. I think the significance of this issue makes it a military issue also. The nuclear power plants are under tremendous pressures that crack the concrete and metal; and these plants need to be shut down I have read after about 40 years of use. The scientists are working on designing modular type plants where more of the parts that exert so much pressure are removed from the concrete shielding, etc., so that they might be able to remove the worn out parts and leave the very expensive concrete and land footprint to work with new replaced parts. It might be much more expensive to build a nuclear power plant this way, but really pay off in the long run. But they must enforce a much safer way to store the highly dangerous waste fuel rods, or more plants would create more danger. Safety (not profits) must be the first concern, as is obvious from what is now happening in Japan. The world needs energy but not at all costs. The advantages of nuclear power are also its disadvantages, big time. The danger that nuclear plants and waste fuel rods pose is a potentially tremendous problem world-wide, as is exemplified by what is now occurring in Japan.
