There are many sacred ancient books which contain many many real truth of knowledge & wisdom of planet Earth & the Universe.
A restart must start in education, if I choose easy mode which is write brand new easy book from lowest to highest level from nothing then it no good. There is already existence of many value Chinese book talk about a lot of things from primary school level.
The real reason for learning traditional Chinese language is difficult, it is because there is no real symbol image alphabet of teaching, even the mix Western style Vietnamese seem good only for writing, but still it has no connection with Earth planet.
The ancient 10 Chinese books of teaching must be brought back, at least the contents to all Nations for it is the root of humans where everybody is the same when they were born.
Most if not all Chinese people have no clue how the Words was formed ?! They must bring back traditional Chinese language back to mainland, other Nation can copy the writing but they can change the speaking. It would be the biggest a single language project of Earth language since the creation if it happen.
Egypt & the Middle East also have many valuable knowledge.
Words mean nothing, Action mean everything. But humans prefer talk than action, how fuking dump stupid!
Many Nations want to “win” but do not want to “change”, do they even have any brain? They want to win by “following” same tactic like others?
