Iran doesn’t give up. Near the anniversary of 9/11, its media said New York’s World Trade Towers were “never hit by a plane” and that fire could not have toppled them.
The Iranian government-controlled PRESS TV told Iranians Wednesday the collapse remains an “unsolved mystery” and that “scientists, architects and engineers all over the world have questioned the official version of how WTC-7 fell down.”
It denied official reports that “World Center 7 collapsed because of fire fueled by office furnishings” and quoted an architect named Richard Gage as saying, “Fires have never before caused the collapse of any skyscraper, even though there are numerous examples of much hotter, larger, and longer-lasting fires in these buildings.”
A metallurgical engineer named Kathy McGrade told PRESS TV, “You cannot generate enough heat to melt steel.”
The government-controlled news agency then said that witness at the site spoke of “massive explosions” before the tower collapse and concluded that the official version of the disaster was “impossible.”
A structural engineer told the agency, “All the columns needed to be severed at the same time in order for that structure to fall the way it did.”
Another supposed structural engineer was quoted as saying, “The destruction of evidence was a criminal act itself. It was already being carted away and destroyed when the investigators got there.”
PRESS TV added, “Families of the victims demand that the cause of the collapse be investigated carefully because millions of people around the world, and not just scientists and engineers, want these unanswered questions answered.”

Got to agree with Iran on this one. It is impossible for buidings to free fall into their own foot print without expert demolition engineers being involved. Not so sure about there not being planes involved tho. but they certainly didn’t cause the towers to free fall because steel needs a much higher temp to melt.
