This month we will talk about using public records from quasi-governmental agencies, those funky hybrids that are not public agencies in the traditional sense like police departments or schools, but are also not private. We will draw from our reporting into a nonprofit offshoot of the Houston Airport System and the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association, the state’s home insurer for high-risk coastal properties.
