Government Seizes Newborn Baby Over Political Beliefs Of Parents
A newborn baby was ripped from its mother’s arms by officials from the New Hampshire Division of Family Child Services accompanied by police last night after authorities cited the parents’ association with the Oath Keepers organization as one of the primary reasons for the snatch, heralding a shocking new level of persecution where Americans’ political beliefs are now being used by the state to kidnap children.
What was supposed to be one of the most joyous occasions of their lives turned into a nightmare for John Irish and Stephanie Janvrin, after they were told by The Director of Security and the Head Nurse at Concord Hospital that their baby would be taken to be checked by the hospital pediatrician.
“They lied to us – they got us to allow them to take our daughter under false pretenses, we didn’t even have a choice,” said Irish.
When Irish tried to stop his daughter being taken, the baby was immediately wheeled out in a bassinet, after which Irish saw three men in suits accompanied by uniformed police officers as well as detectives and social workers. who proceeded to try to search Irish.
“They forced me to stand up, held my hands behind my back and patted me down,” said Irish, before police told him they were taking the baby.
“My fiancé didn’t even get any time to bond with the baby – they came in and stole our child,” said Irish. The parents were given a couple of minutes with their daughter before being forced by police to leave the hospital. Irish was subsequently told that a “security officer” would follow his every move.
The affidavit in support of the decision to take the child, which has been verified by Oath Keepers, states, “The Division became aware and confirmed that Mr. Irish associated with a militia known as the Oath Keepers,” confirming that political beliefs were, amongst other reasons, one of the primary factors behind the snatching of the baby.
Even if the additional reasons cited in the affidavit, which are unproven at this time, could be considered sufficient reason for the state to take the baby, the fact that political affiliations were even mentioned is a frightening indictment of how far the government’s war on Americans who dissent against authority has advanced.
“Regardless of the other allegations, it is utterly unconstitutional for government agencies to list Mr. Irish’s association with Oath Keepers in an affidavit in support of a child abuse order to remove his daughter from his custody.” writes Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes. “Talk about chilling speech! If this is allowed to continue, it will chill the speech of not just Mr. Irish, but all Oath Keepers and it will serve as the camel under the tent for other associations being considered too risky for parents to dare. Thus, it serves to chill the speech of all of us, in any group we belong to that “officials” may not approve of. Don’t you dare associate with such and such group, or you could be on “the list” and then child protective services might come take your kids.”
The parents were not even full members of the Oath Keepers organization, they were merely on a discussion list related to the group. This makes the case even more shocking – you don’t even have to be directly associated with a group that the government deems to be a “militia” to have your baby stolen – you merely have to be involved in online discussions of issues relating to the constitution and freedom in America.
Irish’s own web page clearly states that he supports a “NON-violent, law abiding gathering of like minded Patriots,” and that he is “AGAINST ANY acts of violence or illegal activity.”
“The Sons of Liberty Riders does not endorse or tolerate radical, extreme, violent or racial postings,” states the website.
The Oath Keepers organization is not a “militia,” as the affidavit claims, it is merely a loose network of current and former military and law enforcement professionals who have sworn not to obey unconstitutional orders such as gun confiscation, warrantless searches and mass internment of Americans. The group is committed to non-violence.
If this case is allowed to stand it opens up a hellish future for free speech and political discourse in America. If parents live in fear of having their children stolen by the state because they criticize the government, the United States can rank itself amongst the worst dictatorships in history who invoked the threat of taking people’s children if they spoke out against tyranny.
Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes has announced that a legal defense fund will be created to help Irish, and that the organization, “will actively pursue aggressive legal remedy and redress.”
“We will assist in locating competent local legal counsel in New Hampshire and additional expert legal counsel from around the country in First Amendment and child custody law,” wrote Stewart on the Oath Keepers website.
“There can be no freedom of speech, no freedom of association, no freedom to even open your mouth and “speak truth to power,” no freedom AT ALL, if your children can be black bagged and stolen from you because of your political speech and associations — because you simply dare to express your love of country, and dare to express your solidarity and fellowship with other citizens and with active duty and retired military and police who simply pledge to honor their oath and obey the Constitution. It was to prevent just such outrageous content based persecution of political dissidents that our First Amendment was written.”

The gun thing was a firearm infraction..a class D midemeanor…concealed vs. non-concealed carry…while she was pregnant. Even through I have a strong distrust for the government(s), this story reeks of bullshit. I seriously doubt the reason this man’s child was taken was because of his political views. As stated previously, it was more than likely because of his violent history and unsatisfied court orders. And is affiliation with the Oath Keepers is questionable. Don’t pass judgement so easily unless you witness something with your own two eyes. Otherwise, take anything you read with a grain of salt.

Lets say the guy is into everything that the government feels is extreme, wouldn’t it be normal for them to pick him up and take him away, even jail him , but it is illogical to take the couples new born. If the couple was being watched and something was perverted in their actions, you would think the other two children would have been taken long ago. Federal agents showing up at the hospital with local child youth officials seems like an intimidation move to all tea party type opposition before election to blow off their influence on the elections. This move to take away a new born works perfectly as a plan,where anti government pipelines are humming, and the state media are not going to cover this story 0% .

It seems the Oath Keepers did not present the complete picture, diverting attention from the abuse allegations with a chunk of paranoia — which is so popular these days.
The Government’s confiscation of the parents’ newborn baby is not surprising when you consider U.S. Government’s radical up of domestic totalitarian activities and proposals since April of 2010. When one considers the following, you have to wonder if U.S. Government intends a lock-down on America that can only be achieved by government threatening and crushing any Citizen that would dare speak out against or question government; including incarcerating Americans without probable cause or evidence. Consider, in April 2010 Obama during a national security speech, asked Congress for the power to indefinitely incarcerate Americans not based on evidence or probable cause, but because they might do something violent, making the Obama government the Thought Police. Extrapolating such ill-logic Obama could indefinitely keep in prison any person because he or she might do something if release; or put any American in jail because according to government someone might commit a violent crime. If Congress passes such a law, Government Provocateurs could dismantle any free speech group simply by posting inappropriate messages on their website, sending same to group members to criminalize an organization, to cause the incarceration of members/associates because allegedly they might do something violent. Likewise Obama wants to trash the Fourth Amendment, allowing FBI Warrantless searches of all Internet Activity including emails. Obama supports warrantless wiretapping of all telephone and other electronic communications. Dare express your opinion on the phone or in an email or post a comment that offends government, under Obama’s proposed new law you could be dragged off. Why did the Obama government order hundreds’ of X-ray Vans that will be traveling our streets, secretly x-raying Americans, peering into Citizens’ homes and vehicles, exposing Americans to X-rays. Choking Off Your Right To Lawful Dissent: On March 4, 2010, John McCain introduced S.3081 The “Enemy Belligerent Interrogation, Detention, and Prosecution Act of 2010.” If passed, the government can use (suspicion) or less to curtail an individual’s Constitutional Protections against unlawful arrest, detention and interrogation without benefit of legal counsel and trial. When you read the McCain bill it appears “suspicion” is not necessary for government to detain and interrogate Americans. Obama just recently took action to stop the lawful return from South Korea of 100,000 World War II era, surplus M1 Carbine and M1 Grand antique rifles that were to be shipped to the curio firearms market in The States. The relic riffles are not considered an item purchased by drug cartels. Buyers of relic rifles have for decades been excluded from certain registration requirements; that has resulted in government not being able to track the weapons that can be assembled, hand loaded by collectors. It is apparent Obama does not want these relic riffles in the hands of American civilians?

First , good name for you, censor, a process of covering up the Truth, and like State Media, only allowing what the government wants you to hear. So your words are a contradiction from the start, saying that everyone is wrong that you know everything, and your word is pure, after all you are the censor!
Could it be, and I am giving you a wide berth of error to not embarrass you, but could it be that you have good intentions of your opinions but you are too uninformed ,too brainwashed of the wrong information, so that you are as such that would have been a brown shirt in the Natzi regime, turning in your own family members in for slaughter because you felt stronger for the governments existence then for the existence of your own flesh and blood. In this case you are siding to have everyone who is trying to protect our freedoms to be generalized as not normal bad extremists who must be as such charges presented, as child abusers,neglecting parents etc, with out even knowing the final court outcome. This is not open mindedness, this is control intimidation of the masses to make everyone be at ease that everything is ok with the government, that they will do good for us. You are absolutely wrong, just like planned parenthood got roe vs wade through to protect women from dying from back room abortions, so we in the USA now have a 100 times more women dying from abortions from complications now by the sheer numbers of abortions done then in prior years when abortions were limited. This doesn’t even consider the millions of new borns that were killed off for no better reason then being convinced by planned parenthood that it would be better for the mother to end the birth, when really they only want population control.
