The “Buffet” Government Business Way Must Be Reduced Substantial

It cannot continue, each people must take responsibility for their actions, their health. Most if not all nation governments are playing and using “buffet” business model, instead of fair “pay as you go” model.

That is the major point and loophole for corruption happen everywhere.

To phrase it, it is like “half capitalism half communism”.

You cannot allow just a small group of people handle all financials of all citizens.

Basically, you tax people work hard and give it to people lazy, it is not fair.

Government should only “subsidy” basic things like straight foods & water to certain group “low income, jobless, etc.” only which condition they cannot work.

The Southern border security in the USA would never appear if they use “pay as you go” model.

Example: if they charge $10 for every in/out legal paper crossing, they would always have at least 3.5 Billion Dollars every year. $10 is too small number, they could easily charge $20-50, if you are the real traveler, that small amount of money is nothing including people from the Hispanic Latino South America.

Now the stupidility is spread to across the world.

Look at the US spending budget, around 62% use for Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid.

You only need to keep Social Security, Military Spending.

You should and must remove the Medicare, Medicaid immediately.

And from medicare & medicaid, there are many stupid things like “must insurance” of all kind from job to work to even travel, and even “toxic drugs” made in laboratories.

The health & jobs insurance industry must handled by private, it is not the Government’s important duty. The Government should only give advice like list of local “doctor”, natural medical herbs, etc. They should not to join this gambling business style.

It is the Government job’s change, you can “convert” is through introducing “extra security” if “rich citizens” want, where people or group of people in a local community pay a mount of money and few security/military person will cover protect them.

The possible way to remove medicare & medicaid is through referendum, where people to pay less at least 50% tax in exchange for no more medicare & medicaid.

The best way to handle this referendum is made city by city, county by county, if any county/city want then allow them, because some do not way/do not ready yet, it is stupid to handle through 1 big nation referendum.

“Pay as you go” model is the best way for national government at the current moment on Earth, but you must keep minimum support to the group who do not ready yet.
