The U.S. is Now a Totalitarian State

Do you know what is really funny? For years INDEPENDENT people yelled alarms over the Executive Orders and “signing statements” Bush was enacting. The jerks that supported him thought they were all just wonderful. NOW all those restrictions and destructions of YOUR CIVIL RIGHTS are in the hands of your WORSE NIGHTMARE. ROTFLMAO Sweet dreams you idiots.
In their minds, Saddam was a criminal because he used torture but Bush was not.

ANY government that will resurrect TORTURE from the ash heap of history, will resurrect SLAVERY also. Torture and SLAVERY go hand in hand, glued together with the stench of Homosexual SadoMasochism that permeates them both …… Abu Graihb, and the Draft-Dodging politicians that approved that BLOT on America’s Honor. Do not think for a minute that the 13th Amendment will slow them, they have ignored and crushed every other “Rule of Law” that they swore to uphold and defend.
The major requirement of being a government “torturer” is a membership in NAMBLA. Same with being a ADVOCATE of torture.
I just wish to observe that any government willing and capable of engaging in torture is willing and capable of engaging in SLAVERY, as a matter of fact, SLAVERY is the next logical step. Acceptance of Torture is the GATEWAY TO SLAVERY.

There are some real, gritty problems with the use of torture, not the least of which is, by doing it, the Bush administration has, de facto, removed the US as a signatory from any human human rights treaty it has ever signed, including the Geneva Conventions.
Second, as we know from the times of the Inquisition, torture isn’t about getting the truth: it’s about getting the person tortured to say precisely what the torturers want them to say.
And thirdly, torturing prisoners under American control means that if our soldiers are captured in a military confrontation, there will be no qualms from their captors about torturing them.
Let that one sink in for a moment.

These “confessions” are going to carry the stain of torture for all history. The forced confessions of the Spanish Inquisition, the Russian Gulags, North Korean POWs, even SENATOR MCCAIN’s confessions from a prison cell, are scoffed at. Shall we now take Senator McCain’s televised confession as GOSPEL? Agreements UNDER DURESS are NEVER acknowledged as true. So not only does 9/11 reek of an inexplicably absent NORAD , we have the sight of a parsimonious Government that is so cheap it withholds benefits to it’s own wounded Troops, suddenly forcing baskets of cash into the hands of Dazed Victim’s Families, it now bears the STENCH of forced confessions, from men whose FAMILIES were also in Our “loving custody”.

The Law must be enforced equally. If someone broke the law, they must be prosecuted. Even just the IDEA of America torturing has SERIOUSLY damaged the Nation’s reputation and image around the globe and ACTED AS A MAJOR RECRUITING TOOL for the Terrorists. So simply put ….. Bush torturing people AIDED AND ABETTED THE TERRORISTS. Bush PROVIDED MATERIAL AID to the Terrorists by giving them recruiting points. Those pictures from Abu Graihb were used to recruit terrorist. So, even if not guilty of torture himself, Bush IS guilty of Providing Material Aid to Terrorists, a Patriot Act crime.

Gay Heaven? Don’t even use that logic when gays don’t even have the right to marry, donate blood, adopt, or serve their country!

By the way, perhaps you “sky is falling type” men wouldn’t mind it if Kim Kardashian were to do your pat down, perhpas that your answer. Pat down: Man or woman, your choice.

Remember Bush’s “Designated free speech areas”? Where was the right wing outrage then? Now they have to get patted down and the U.S. is a totalitarian state?

This is a distraction that we can do little about. They continue to try to make a power grab on the internet, ratify a bad treaty, and leave the border open to terrorists and drug dealers all while we are abused. This is also a way of breaking our will down..if the government can fondle or irradiate you they can do anything to you.
