There is no lower court case for them to rule on here, nor is their ANY HINT ANYWHERE that one is brewing. 2) No, U.S. courts do NOT say: “Produce this paperwork or we’ll put you to death.” There must be a law broken and a trial where the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty. 3) You haven’t explained what capital crime you think Obama has committed. 4) The fantasies in your head are spinning out of control. If you toss a coin and it comes up heads, why did it come up heads? You are paranoid. You feel persecuted. You believe people who don’t recognize your greatness are ill.
