President Trump’s first action on the morning he first took office was to pay a visit to CIA Headquarters and announce he was taking down their Child Sex Trafficking Ring.

In the Spring of 2022 tens of thousands of tortured and murdered mainly Asian children were rescued, the mutilated bodies of thousands more, recovered by the Russian Military from US owned and run Bio-weapon Underground Tunnel DUMB Labs that ran beneath a 200 acre Biden-owned property in Ukraine.

Russia was expected to expose Ukraine’s Underground Bio-weapon Labs, DUMBS and Tunnels that housed tens of thousands of children from different countries, more than half being of Asian descent.

There were videos circulating showing Russian soldiers in Ukraine carrying out children who were very dirty and who hadn’t seen light in years. The children were holding new teddy bears and stuffed animals given to them by the Russian Military.

The Ukraine Underground Tunnel Bio-weapon labs were formed for CIA Mind Control Dark Science Studies where human DNA was mixed with animal DNA to create sub-human monsters – all of which has been funded by a CIA Black Budget since the agency was formed after World War II.

Ukraine Underground Tunnels were not the first to hold caged children. Since 2019 and led by specially trained US Marine Navy Seals, millions of dead/ half alive tortured children have been rescued by the Global Alliance’s seventeen nation’s Special Forces from Underground Tunnel DUMBS and Bio-weapon Labs that spread across the Globe.

On Wed. Oct. 16 2019 the first Navy Seal and US Marine rescue occurred of an unbelievable 2,100 children found locked in cages in Underground Tunnels that ran beneath the California China Lake Military facility. Another rescue took place in Australia that garnered over a million children.

Last January before leaving office, when Trump found out about DUMB Underground Tunnels that existed beneath the White House and Washington DC, he ordered the Military to go in and save thousands of children who were found half alive, plus recover the bodies of thousands more who were dead with organs harvested, many half eaten.

Those particular Tunnels had been there since President George HW Bush formed the CIA after World War II and he ordered them built. Evidently they have been used by certain Satan worshipping US Presidents and members of Congress since then, up until Trump.

There appeared to be Global Alliance plans in the works to bulldoze the White House, US Capital and US Supreme Court building, plus all of the buildings around them. They would turn Washington DC back into the swamp it was before – a Bird Sanctuary.

DC would no longer exist, to be replaced by a Restored Republic based on the original concepts of the Constitution.

CIA mind-control survivors say Congress never ended the torture of children paid for with tax dollars. Carol Rutz, author of A Nation Betrayed, said her grandfather sold her to the CIA at age four in 1952 and that she was used through 1964 as a sex slave for top politicians. Electroshock, drugs, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, and other trauma split her mind into alters that answered post-hypnotic triggers and later remembered nothing. She called it a Manchurian Candidate program funded by the public.
Officials claimed the program closed by congressional mandate in 1964. Survivors said it did not stop. In 1965, six-year-old Jenny Hill was put through the same methods by a man identified as Dr. Green, described as head of the CIA effort and said to have used satanic ritual abuse, rape, and child sacrifice to fracture young minds. Three survivors at 1995 hearings said Green worked at the Army Chemical Center, kept CIA and military files, and received 50 million dollars from CIA Science Division.
Witness B, Christine Nicola, said Green abused her from 1966 through 1976. Witness C said the torture ran from 1957 through 1984. Nebraska Boys Town victims said CIA-linked drug and sex trafficking with prominent political figures continued into the 1980s and 1990s. Cathy O’Brien, author of Trance Formation of America, said she was sold into the same program and used by political elites until former CIA officer Mark Phillips pulled her out in 1988.
Sisters Cheryl and Lynn Hersha, documented in Secret Weapons, said they were trained before age seven as spies and assassins with cages, electrified mazes, and code words. Researchers, the book claimed, used sexual trauma on children under seven to manufacture personalities for “national security.”
A Washington Post black-budget report showed the CIA taking 56 percent of the intelligence black budget, about 14.7 billion dollars a year with no public line items. Extreme Abuse Surveys recorded 147 survivors who said they were still being accessed against their will. NIH-funded university trials on premature infants were tied to 237 deaths.
In 2026 a House task force reopened MKULTRA, citing 149 subprojects across more than 80 institutions and files destroyed on orders from the top. The numbers are not hidden. Military court annual reports put the conviction rate at 99.74 percent. Hearings last sixty seconds. Judges convict without looking up. Children shuffle through courtyards in handcuffs and shackles while mothers wait outside walls the army refuses to open. One boy shouted the name of his prison so his mother would know where they were taking him. Stone-throwing draws three months. The process does not require warrants, evidence, or a parent in the room. Confessions come after night raids, blindfolds, and isolation.
UNICEF documented it years ago: threats of death, physical violence, solitary confinement, and sexual assault against the child or a family member. Widespread. Systematic. Institutionalized from the moment of arrest to sentencing. That report changed nothing. The machine kept running.
Recent figures show the scale has expanded. More than two thousand Palestinian children have been detained since October 2023. Hundreds remain inside now. In 2025 alone, prison service data showed 351 of 635 minors placed in solitary confinement. Ninety-two percent had not been sentenced.
