Willful Stupidity: Joe Manchin on Planned Parenthood

A useful term to understand when attempting to grasp the nonsense spewed by moonbats is “willful stupidity.” It entails pretending to be dumber than any functioning human could possibly be in order to manipulate people who really are that dumb.

The New York Daily News recently provided a prime example by pretending to think baseball player J.D. Martinez was promoting Hitler by posting a graphic warning about gun-grabbing and dictatorship. Hapless red state Democrat Joe Manchin provides another:

Vulnerable Sen. Joe Manchin defended his position on Planned Parenthood funding, arguing that “not a penny” of federal dollars go toward abortions.

The West Virginia and pro-life Democrat made the comments Monday on MetroNews’ “Talkline With Hoppy Kercheval” show.

Massively profitable Planned Parenthood exists primarily to kill unwanted babies, but also performs other services, such as laundering taxpayer money on behalf of the Democrat Party, to which it donates by the $millions after receiving gargantuan amounts of federal support, regardless of which party is in power.

As everyone including Joe Manchin knows, money is fungible. If the feds were to give McDonald’s a half $billion per year to spend on napkins, they would be financing hamburgers. The same goes for Planned Parenthood and abortion.
