President Trump to Address the Nation on Iran Attacks
President Donald J. Trump will speak on the Iran crisis at 11 a.m. this morning, “after Iran attacked two military bases in Iraq that house American troops,” David Jackson reports for USA Today.
Last night, the President announced on Twitter that “All is well,” adding that “missiles launched from Iran at two military bases located in Iraq. Assessment of casualties & damages taking place now. I am starting to think he is more of a politician than we realize, after him backing down in a game of chicken with Iran there is no doubt in my mind he was groomed for his position by big brother.
One thing for certain, nothing is more dangerous to a country than for its’ leaders to make demands and support them with threats, then not carry out the threats when the demands are not met.
Trump now looks like the schoolyard bully who vows to meet a kid after school to kick his ass, then hides in the cloakroom until all the other kids have left the property.

If nothing else a President does counts, the one thing that has to count is his word, and this time Trump said things that it wasn’t just talk radio hosts and right wing extremists heard, he made threats to Iran that the whole world was watching, and he backed down.
That is WAAAAY bad for america. Bad beyond bad. In doing what he did, he has set us up for all kinds of potential repercussions. The fear factor the united states held over other countries just went down the toilet the minute those missiles hit the ground and Trump shrugged it off rather than enacted his guarantee and promise.

No son, President Trump is making himself look bad all by himself. I’ve been behind the guy all along, ignoring his insane knee jerk mouth and behavior. I voted for him.
But what he has done this time is far too damaging to this country to overlook. I will be voting either republican or third party next time around, but three things I will not vote for are a woman, a democrat, or a sitting President who makes whopping aggressive threats against another country then backs down when they call his bluff.
I wanted to vote for him again, but I cannot. He has proven himself to be incompetent as well as another likely tool of big brother, just like reagan, cheney, the bushes, and obama.
i suspect Trump may have just cost himself the primariy, I certainly hope the republicans have a strong enough alternative candidate to beat the democrats.

Quite simply, if what I have read was his response to Irans missile attack is true, he pussied out which proves he is just another reagan/bush/obama big talk no action guy. All hat, no cattle. big brothers bitch.
He explicitly warned Iran, very explicitly, in very certain terms, that an attack would be met with retaliation and even gave a specific number of possible targets.
He did NOT say, we will retaliate unless you guys are a poor shot. He gave no disclaimers or qualifiers to his statement.
What he has just done is to tell his constituency that is is just another bullshitter, the bullshitter that the democrats accuse him of being.
I suspect moderate republicans and hawk democrats who support him just bailed and the moderate republicans are looking another direction to cast their vote in the primaries, and that moderate and hawk democrats whose vote he had will go back to voting democrat hard line.

t fear us, because we just talk shit and have no intention of living up to anything we say”.

Sadly, we CANNOT vote the best way, because ever since reagan , on the one world orders behalf, signed the Fairness Doctrine out of law, the very same people who buy and sell politicians like stockyard cattle were suddenly in a position of it being advantageous to buy up all the media.

For example, the media in this country led the herd to believe that in the last election there were only a handful of selections, and even before the primaries they were pushing romney, Trump, and President Clintons bitch in front of the public, completely ignoring the 40 or so other candidates.
The media has “debates” ( which are a pathetic charade) that only includes contestants that the MEDIA chooses to take part in them. NOT the herd.
By the time we actually go to the polls to make the final selection, a half dozen candidates or less appear, all big brothers selections.
The only reason President Trump was even a contender is because he had the personal finances as well as the media power to get his face in front of the herd, and big brother viewed him as being a joke that would be an easy win for the silly woman corporate america/big brother wanted in office.
When the herd voted for Mr Trump, the only real thing accomplished was that we sent big brother the message that we would rather vote for a red in the face ranter who possessed little self discipline or social skills than we would vote for another big brother whore.
Big brother will not make that mistake again, and the next election cycle will indeed be like the last, except this time big brother will be more pragmatic to insure corporate americas choices are the only viable ones.
