If you do not fight evil now, I guarantee that you will die on your knees by tyranny’s sword.

I want to address the following comment from an article on this site:

Wes, is the one who states he is alone! That is demoralizing! He thinks he can stop what is coming? He is wrong. He can only think of one way to fight. He continues to write the same article over and over. Yet he gets the thumbs up, Right?
we were warned and there are indeed going to be consequences, The Creator, His Son, has already provided an answer and the path to follow.
we are repeatedly bombarded with “No one is coming to save you,” when the Truth reveals Yes He did, and what have you done with this gift?

I admit that I had to calm down before writing this reply. Let’start here:

Matthew 27:46

About three in the afternoon Jesus cried out in a loud voice, “Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?” (which means “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”).

It is obvious that Jesus felt alone. Jesus had no choice but to follow the path laid out for Him by the Father. Some will read this and twist it to mean that I am comparing Wes to Jesus Christ. I am not. I am stating that Godly men have no choice but to follow the path that God lays out for them. As stated succinctly in Ezekiel, those who are watchmen must continue to warn the people or suffer His judgment. Does that mean repeating the warning until people hear and see? Yes. Does that mean that we feel alone when people use excuses and misinterpretations to justify their acceptance of evil. Yes.

Ezekiel 33:1-10

1 Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

2 Son of man, speak to the children of thy people, and say unto them, When I bring the sword upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him for their watchman:

3 If when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people;

4 Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head.

5 He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul.

6 But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand.

7 So thou, O son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me.

8 When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.

9 Nevertheless, if thou warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.

10 Therefore, O thou son of man, speak unto the house of Israel; Thus ye speak, saying, If our transgressions and our sins be upon us, and we pine away in them, how should we then live?

The Bible teaches us to hate evil:

Psalm 97:10

O you who love the Lord, hate evil! He preserves the lives of his saints; he delivers them from the hand of the wicked.

We live in an evil nation. How long will we ignore the watchmen on the wall? How long before we watch our people suffer and die without any action? How long before we accept our fate and fight against evil in the Lord’s name? It is easy to attack the messenger. It is hard to follow the path laid out for us and to heed the warnings to fight evil. Our frustration is magnified by the failure of the church to stand up against evil.

Jesus overturning tables

Instead of attacking the messenger, get down on your knees and pray for guidance. If you do not fight evil now, I guarantee that you will die on your knees by tyranny’s sword.

This comment is a little off topic, but it might bring some explanation to this mysterious verse # 46 in Matthew Chapter 27. Why is the word of Our Lord repeated twice? once in Aramaic and a second time in the vernacular (or Latin)? I have not found some clear explanation anywhere, even from among the Protestant Bible thumpers. However there might be an explanation: It is because Our Lord addresses God, or more exactly the Triune God. Since Jesus Christ is one of the three divine persons, it is logical that when addressing God, that He speaks to the Two others, who are the Father, and the Holy Ghost. Jesus spoke once to God as is told in the gospel, but in order to make the reader clearly understand that this single word addressed to Two divine persons, Matthew used the literary technique of repeating the word twice in two different languages. Thus the Aramaic “Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?” and the vernacular “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” (Deus meus, Deus meus ut quid dereliquisti me?).

This “explanation” by this worthless typing steno-dactylo, seems important, because it confirms the existence of the Holy Trinity in Our Lord’s last seven words on the Cross, since it is the sole moment (as well as in the entire gospels) when He directly address the Triune God, as opposed to the others of the seven’s last words when He address twice the Father, twice man (the repentent robber and His Mother & disciple), twice Himself as the God-Man (“I thirst, and “It is consumed”)

It is so sad when the religious people try desperately to conform reality into their almost infinitely tiny world paradigm more suitable to cavemen.
They live in such utter darkness, trying to contain God in a tiny book, killing anyone who heals who does not claim their specific sect, destroying all records of ANY other possible interpretation of reality, and demanding you believe your a hopeless sinner doomed to everlasting hellfire. That was sold to the credulous 2000 and more years ago but we are now in a scientific age with vastly greater vision. If you insist on being limited by a religion then at least pick a religion with a scientific language and that elaborates God’s command structure throughout the Multiverse which obviously includes aliens which God also made and are also his children even Sons and Daughters of God too.
