NONE of these Federal Agencies need, or should have, their own private armies. That 1978 law is probably unconstitutional, as so many Federal laws are, and agencies should still rely on the US Marshals to enforce the law. These agencies also interpret the law that formed them to be valid for whatever overreach of authority they want to take; thank God the SCOTUS has reined them in on that! They should immediately be required to relinquish those arms, and the ammo, and to fire or retrain all the thugs they’ve hired to be their hit men!

And they have the gall to say the police are the ones that need defunded?! A pencil-pushing USDA “agent” has no business showing up to a mom and pop store in full tac gear just to serve a warrant.
