That would mean time, money and risk—what if she isn’t Mrs. Right?  So he asked the women if they wanted a “biblical marriage”—would they like to talk the issues and commit to marriage if they agreed on what was important to them? Most wanted the dating process, but Ruhling found one with important things in common like education and they agreed on family, food, religion, sex and use of money.

After 12 years, Ruhling recommends this to everyone seeking happiness because everyone likes affection, but it confuses the issues of living together. He says, “Any woman can give you her body, but life is between the ears, not the legs–save yourself for the one you love–test-driving the relationship means lack of self-control—it risks unhappiness and babies won’t have the stability they should have of a loving family and wise parental guidance.”

Ruhling urges Christians to vote with a memory of the Ten Commandment movie. The Egyptians threw Israel’s babies in the river, but God punished Egypt with the death of their first-born and took Egypt’s slaves to freedom.  It was a jubilee event that later came every 50 years. 2023 is 50 years from Roe and we can expect judgment.  Let it be with people we vote for who know God and will stand for what’s morally right, though the heavens fall.
