This is FINALLY a learning experience for Independents and sadly even so many “supposed Republicans” that need the education also. This is HOW OUR CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC IS SUPPOSED TO WORK!!

NEXT, On another post, someone interjected ELON MUSK (since he’s all the rage with many on the Right these days) as “backing McCarthy” so, first let me start from there and expound… And, yes, McCarthy is NOT AS BAD as Ryan or Boehner, but time we use our leverage for THE BEST POSSIBLE not just THE NEXT IN LINE….

So, what were some of the KEY STICKING POINTS!
1) Eliminate (the backroom hidden PORK) Earmarks AGAIN (like GOP did last time we controlled USHouse, and Democrats brought back under Pelosi) and return to the floor the AMENDMENT PROCESS (that Pelosi eliminated) and if someone wants to BRING ADDITIONAL SPENDING to a package, they do so ON THE FLOOR AND THE MERITS THEREOF GET DEBATED.
2) TERM LIMITS Vote to the floor, which will not pass the USSenate – but time to PUT MEMBERS ON OFFICIAL CONGRESSIONAL RECORD.
3) BALANCE BUDGET AMENDMENT, that too  which will not pass the USSenate – but time to PUT MEMBERS ON OFFICIAL CONGRESSIONAL RECORD.
4) REIGNING IN THE POWER OF THE SPEAKERSHIP (the Speaker is NOT THE POTUS and does not deserve VETO AUTHORITY) that the Left had piled into it, and assuring MEMBERS can Represent their District Voters directly without EVERYTHING COMPLETELY controlled by the Speaker; even more powerful than COMMITTEES (staffed by both/all sides, that Debate even before floor debate and merits of escalation or not (so complete manure doesn’t clog up the process of the real business needing addressed (LIKE OPEN BORDERS the Left wants to kept off the floor)).
5) RULES COMMITTEE memberships and packages! Again, balancing the Power with some CONSERVATIVES rather than ALL RINOS and FASCICRATS (same with several other key Committees) to prevent more stupid shit from even being able to get to the floor and we can focus ON THE KEY IMPORTANT THINGS THE AMERICAN PEOPLE HAVE BEEN DEMANDING, we can now at least bring to the floor for Debate and Vote — get the bastards ON THE RECORD, yes or no.
6) MOTION TO VACATE, so IF the Speaker BREAKS THE DEAL, we start over, TOSS THE SPEAKER and get someone in that KEEPS THE PROMISES OF THE GOP PLATFORM!
7) A Vote on BORDER WALL, which, no, will not pass USSenate.
8) Regular Order for SPENDING BILLS, eliminate the ALL OR NOTHING OMNIBUS bullshit, each Budget allocations Bill – up or down separately, NOT RAM IT ALL THROUGH — and after members had time to read the Bills, debate them on the floor, then Vote. No more holding one needed category of spending hostage to another.
9) I would have liked another bite at passing a PRESIDENTIAL LINE ITEM VETO (now we have a Constitutional SCOTUS it would stand the challenge, as IF the Congress can use extra-Constitutional methods of Earmarks and OMNIBUSing – the POTUS can/could/should have it) so that it would be setup for passing again in 2024 after we get Trump elected again, keep the USHouse and retake the USSenate (and RAM IT THROUGH that body under RECONCILIATION (51 Vote (Filibuster proof/bypass) threshold) as it is A BUDGET/SPENDING RELATED ITEM!

IN OTHER WORDS, the Conservative hold-outs got some, not all, that which we’d claimed we’d fight for SINCE THE CONTRACT WITH AMERICA (resurrecting many of those key items, again NOT ALL of those, but noone ever expected we would do all that and times have changed, and therefore our priorities needed to shift “SOME”) the RINO left ignored while we had control of USHouse, USSenate, and Trump WOULD HAVE SIGNED INTO LAW (yes, Left would have Filibustered much of it in the USSenate, but the RINOs didn’t even bother to uphold THE PROMISE (from the Contract) TO BRING THEM FOR A VOTE and put the Leftist FASCICRATS AND RINOS finally officially Votes on the Congressional Record rather than their continuing to PLAY BOTH SIDES depending on which crowd at which time to which they were talking!!!

Dare #USSenate Dems to Block or #Biden to #Veto to prove they care more about UNIVERSITY ADMIN AND PROFESSOR ELITES than the Students and the Taxpayers this would protect!! Add a return to Privatization of Student Loan Program (before Obama Federalized it).

Matt Gaetz and Lauren Boebert COMPROMISED and moved to PRESENT (what do all the whiners targeting them have to say now? THEY weren’t the hold up in the 14th Vote (4 others who Voted for others rather than at least just 1 more of those 4 either not showing up or Voting Present are)), and I greatly RESPECT THE H*** out of them for their Fight, they remain true to their pledge but provide some wiggle room by moving to Present and IMO, at this point/time, we’ve got the deal we needed, and they did THE RIGHT THING in my mind…

The trouble here now is ONE OF THE FOUR VOTING OTHERS NEEDS TO MOVE TO PRESENT, which WOULD STILL NOT BE A DIRECT MCCARTHY VOTE! Whether McCarthy was ousted (and while vacated, could be put right back in) but this is important!

unlike Impeachment of BiDUMB going nowhere, the #ENEMEdia Spins it to FASCICRATS favor as just same-ole same-ole tit-for-tat and if House Impeaches Senate IS NOT removing BiDumb PERIOD!

THIS HOWEVER, whether McCarthy is fully ousted and replaced or just temporarily removed and reinstated is an important message to (first and foremost, to McCarthy YOU WILL NEED KEEP PROMISES MADE but to also) the GOP Base that this is NOT the same-ole GOP top to bottom and promises made will be expected to be kept GOING FORWARD or the next attempt to VACATE SPEAKERSHIP MAY BE FOR REAL!!!

We barely have control of USHouse, things we pass will go NOWHERE in USSenate, HOWEVER the promises made by McCarthy MUST BE KEPT (even knowing they go nowhere in USSenate) to signal the Overton Window of the GOP is indeed moving RIGHTWARD, more Conservative (which is NOT to say we are forever hardened, unable to be pragmatic and realistic on what is do-able vs what we want, not inflexible always but #PrinciplesNotPersonalities and NOT a SELL-OUT EVERY F****** TIME AND IMMEDIATELY never pushing things Rightward always RINO sellout to/for FASCICRATS agenda), more back toward Constitution and our GOP Platform, MORE CHRISTITUTIONALIST (TM), rather than just LEFT but slower – as yes indeed McCarthy has not kept every promise but indeed is far better than Paul Ryan (NOT GOOD ENOUGH, but we are moving the RIGHT DIRECTION at least – but not fast/far enough to/for most our liking).

AT LEAST PRETEND TO CARE about the “Conservative” words you speak to get Elected, by VOTING UP/DOWN things like Balanced Budget Amendment Bill – even if it would FAIL —- put all (Left, Right, Center) ON RECORD vs the EXCUSES TO NOT BOTHER TO TRY accepting defeat before even engaging in Battle; this way we know both the FASCICRATS and RINOs to oust (STOP the bullshit ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY of/for RINOs)!

Sadly many in our Nation NEED THIS LESSON! They have ZERO REAL CLUE how Congress works. We must PASS A STRONG AGENDA IN THE USHOUSE and make a big deal about the Bills we pass that then DIE IN USSENATE to better position us to garner more GOP Voters that have sat things out in past and we need return to Voting FOR US TO WIN plus signal to the inDUHpendents (cuz neither Party Wins Elections with just their own Base, ever, anywhere, PERIOD, that is FACT) – if you are not with us opposing FASCICRATS and FASCISM, then you are with them and are FASCICRATS useful-idiots! https://tinyurl.com/FASCICRATS (not hyperbole, not projection, irrefutable Facts laid out)
