DeSantis Announces CAIR as a Domestic Terrorist Group Under New Law

From the time Governor Ron DeSantis took office in January 2019, he has been the best governor in America. And it’s not even close. Imagine if all 50 states were governed like Florida.

Bravo on this latest much needed designation. Hamas-linked CAIR should have been desginated a terror group and lost its tax exempt status when they were named as unindicted co-conspirators in the largest terrorist funding trial in American history, the Holy Land terror trial.

For decades, terror linked group CAIR has been actively working towards “eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within and sabotaging its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and Allah’s religion is made victorious over all other religions. This is their stated mission by objective. And for years my colleagues and I have reported, exposed, and laid bare their treachery and destruction. The worse and more pervasive their actions, the more the Democrats and their media monkeys lauded and exalted them while demonizing us.

CAIR will most certainly take legal action to fight this law. It’s what they do — use American law to destroy American law and governance.

DeSantis announces CAIR as a domestic terrorist group under new law

He tried an earlier executive order slapping the label on the group, but a federal judge has blocked it. Antifa, Muslim Brotherhood also targeted.

Gov. Ron DeSantis announced Wednesday that he has received a recommendation to designate the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), the Muslim Brotherhood, and Antifa as domestic terrorist organizations.

He cited authority given to state officials through legislation that had gone into effect just hours earlier.

The law (HB 1471) passed by the Legislature and signed by the governor in March, empowers the head of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to label organizations as domestic or foreign terrorist groups on evidence they meets specific criteria, including engagement in terrorist activity as defined by Florida law; is based in Florida; and poses an ongoing threat to the security of Florida or the United States.
