Berlin Cannot Find Enough Police Recruits Who Speak German

The Great Replacement has caused recruiting difficulties for the Berlin police.

GB News reports:

Berlin’s police force is facing a deepening recruitment crisis, with four in ten candidates failing German language proficiency tests, the city’s top police officer has disclosed.

Frets police president Barbara Slowik Meisel,

“[As police officers] we have to explain our police actions day in and day out … and also possibly document things in writing.”

It might be easier just to require natives to learn Turkish — except that many of the colonists speak Arabic or other languages. This demonstrates one of the many ways lack of cultural homogeneity causes dysfunction.

Colonists who do not speak the dying language of the displaced population have already been recruited in large numbers:

Among the 240 recruits who commenced training in spring that year, more than half – 132 people – were found to require additional German language tutoring, according to official police data.

Already 37% of Berlin police officers have “migrant backgrounds.” Demographics will drive this number higher.

Figures released by Germany’s Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) in May show that 15.5 million people predominantly or exclusively speak a language other than German at home.

The foreign population has probably already reached critical mass, making the restoration of German Germany impossible.
