Spain: Moroccan Girl Raped on Beach at Ceuta: Two Moroccan Men Charged

Police resuscitate a minor Moroccan girl after being raped on Trampolin (Beach)

The officers of UIP have arrested two persons of Moroccan origin as suspects in the sexual attack committed Saturday at 12 noon, according to the police report accessed by SER.

Special correspondent in Ceuta: The National Police on Saturday arrested two Moroccan citizens,  42 and 21 years of age as suspects of having raped a minor migrant of 17 in Ceuta. The incident occurred on the same Saturday at 12 noon on the Trampolin Beach, where more than 3,000 people continue to be crammed together after the mass entry on July 30.

According to the police report, which the SER chain has had access to, a group of officers of the Police Intervention Unit (UIP) went to the shantytown settlement after receiving an alert about the presence of minors shouting.

When the UIP officers arrived at the Trampolin zone, they found a 17-year-old girl exiting one of the shops “semi-conscious”, in very bad shape, “compatible with the ingestion of some type of inhibitory substance”. The girl could barely stand, had cuts on her leg her face, and was also suffering hemorrhaging from her genital area.

The victim did not know where she was. Suddenly, in the presence of the officers, she collapsed and completely lost consciousness. One of the officers had to begin resuscitation maneuvers and was able to revive her, but she relapsed. For the second time, and after three minutes of CPR, they succeeded in stabilizing her and evacuating her to the hospital in Ceuta.

None of the arrestees wanted to make a statement about what happened, only that they denied knowing the minor.
