According to a leaked British government memo, one of the things UK counter-extremism officials started watching in the aftermath of Charlie’s murder was whether Kirk’s supporters would use his assassination to push “pro-free speech narratives.”
The last thing the moonbats running Britain will tolerate is pro-free speech narratives.
The memo was reportedly produced by RICU, the Research, Information and Communications Unit, a Home Office counter-extremism operation that monitors extremist and terrorist content. …
The memo was drawn up very quickly after Kirk’s assassination and circulated through Whitehall.

RICU described the Left-wing response as “moderate” and “mostly factual reporting”.
For an example of this moderate and mostly factual reporting, consider that Katie Couric of the liberal establishment media tried to browbeat John Fetterman into agreeing with her that Kirk had it coming. If her MSM career ever peters out, maybe Katie Cupcake can go abroad and get a job with RICU.
