The Billings Gazette reports:
Jaxton Tayte Collins was arraigned Tuesday on one felony count of malicious intimidation or harassment of civil or human rights and one misdemeanor count of assault.

Under Montana law, a person commits malicious intimidation or harassment by purposely or knowingly acting to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend someone because of that person’s race, creed, religion, color, national origin, or involvement in civil or human rights activities.
The purpose of such laws is to establish a multitiered system of justice, under which obsequiousness toward favored identity groups is mandated by the government.
Collins admits to having been drinking and to telling the complainant “to go back to his own country.” Whether he also shoved the complainant, accounting for the misdemeanor assault charge, is in dispute.
If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
Yet telling regular Americans they are on “stolen land” — which implies they should get off of it — is not only legal but encouraged by the liberal establishment.
