Trump in Michigan Rebukes El-Sayed: ‘We Don’t Want to See a Jihadist Senator’

Stating the obvious. But such candor in the face of relentless censorship of the true nation of jihad and Islam is a revolutionary act. The crushing silence surrounding Islamic terror and the coercion of sharia has catstrophic consequences: it shields extremists from scrutiny, makes candor taboo, and opens the doors of power to the very ideology we are told we must never question—even in the Senate.

The president was in Port Huron. Detroit News: Trump, whose visit marked the first time a sitting American president has visited Port Huron, used the rally in McMorran Place arena to encourage Michigan voters to support GOP candidates John James, who’s running for governor, and Mike Rogers, who’s campaigning for the U.S. Senate (Detroit News).

The line above came from Trump on the tarmac, en route to the event: We don’t want to see a jihadist senator. We don’t want to see a member of the Muslim Brotherhood in our senate, and we want somebody very capable. And I think Mike Rogers would do a great job. He’s going to be a great senator. Mike Rogers is apple pie. He’s a perfect guy for our country (Sortor). He was similarly blunt at the event: Any Jewish person that supports this guy should be ashamed of themselves. I’ll tell you right now. You should never speak to them again. I’m polling at 99 percent in Israel, and I cannot understand how anybody who’s Jewish can even think about voting for this guy (Mossad).

David Beamer has stood up admirably, honoring both his late son and trying to be a force for good in the nation he loves.

Bob Hoge at RedState: The father of 9/11 hero Todd Beamer, David Beamer, took to the stage at Sunday’s Trump rally in Michigan to support Republican Senate candidate Mike Rogers and gubernatorial candidate Rep. John James (MI-10). He did not mince words as he tore into Rogers’ radical opponent, Abdul El-Sayed. He does not believe in the principles this country was founded on, the 93-year-old charged: “He’s anti-American. He is happy to be endorsed by our foreign enemies that hate us like the Muslim Brotherhood.  He’s happy to take their endorsement and their money because his views align with theirs and theirs align with his.” [David Beamer] closed, as you might expect, with the perfect line.
