Fraudsters Live Large on California Homelessness Looting Spree

Considering how little improvement we have seen in the situation, some may wonder where the vast fortunes California devotes to homelessness go. The answer is that the looting spree continues — especially in Los Angeles:

Fraudsters bought homes in Greece and lived in $7M houses while the homeless slept on the street.

The clip from NewsNation featured a reporter talking to Bill Essayli, first assistant U.S. attorney for the Central District of California, about how the property purchases with some homelessness money were not for putting a roof over street dwellers’ heads, but to further the dreams of criminals.

Homes in Greece, $7 million mansions, and a nightclub in Inglewood are listed as dreams come true at taxpayer expense.

Developer Steven Taylor bought a Cheviot Hills property for $11 million, then sold it to the City of LA for $27 million in taxpayer money for “homeless housing.”

It would be wonderful that Mayor Karen Bass has finally been flushed out of office — except that she will be replaced by fellow Marxist Nithya Raman, who also sits on the city’s homelessness committee.

Just wait until Democrats consolidate control of the federal government. Then there will be no limit to the amount of money they can pretend to throw at homelessness, since they can print it to their heart’s content. The homeless population will explode while grifting vampires grow obese on our blood compliments of inflation.
