Governors Defending Illegal Aliens Over American Citizens

How would you like to see a family of burglars from another country invade your home, take over your bedrooms, and bathrooms, eat your food, and then, make you pay for their invasion?  After you report them, the police and governor of your state refuse to enforce the laws that would evict them?

That’s exactly what’s happening in all the dozens of Sanctuary States, and hundreds of Sanctuary Cities now operating in America. It’s costing you billions in tax payer dollars. Yet the insanity of it continues 20, 30, and 40 years since mass illegal alien millions have swarmed our country.

We’ve paid out billions, even trillions of our tax dollars to pay for educating and feeding an estimated 25 million illegal aliens and their children. We’re paying for their medical care. We pay for the breakfasts and lunches.  We’re paying for their “anchor babies” at over 250,000 annually. We pay higher taxes because millions of them work in an underground economy where they are paid in cash under the table. We pay for the $1.3 billion in cash-transfers of our money out to their home countries.

In my State of Colorado, our Governor Polis forces us to pay for 200,000 illegal aliens as to medical care, schooling, instate tuition, welfare housing, crimes, our people getting killed by illegal aliens, rapes and burglaries.  In other words, Jared Polis is a thief, a cheat, a liar, and a corrupt politician.  He breaks the laws of our state and nation for his own reasons. What else is new?

 

Colorado has an estimated undocumented immigrant population of roughly of over 200,000.  Because undocumented populations change constantly and are hard to count, exact totals depend on the data source and year of the study.

What if every American decided to break the laws he or she doesn’t like? What if we all started shoplifting? What if we all killed someone like the illegals who have killed Laken Riley, Sheridan Gorman, Kate Steinle, Rachel Morin mother of five kids, and dozens of others killed or raped by illegal aliens?  What if we simply let millions invade our country without any kind of vetting, or concerns for incompatible cultures and/or religions?  What if we allowed Islamic/Sharia Law-dominated Dearborn, Michigan to become the norm in America?  What if we go the way of Europe…which, as we speak has been invaded by Africa and the Middle East…and is culturally and legally collapsing?

What makes Colorado’s predicament more infuriating stems from the fact that our roads erupt in potholes that blow out tires, and make driving dangerous all over Denver. No amount of writing  Governor Polis helps because he’s paying for illegal aliens with our money.  He simply doesn’t are about Colorado/American citizens or our laws.

Same thing continues with renegade Illinois Governor Pritzker. He’s a lying, cheating, lawbreaking, renegade without any scruples or allegiance to our U.S. Constitution. He’s directly responsible for the death of Loyola student Sheridan Gorman. Plain and simple: he got her killed by his Sanctuary State polices. Her parents and friends are still grieving over her needless and senseless death by an illegal alien who found sanctuary in Illinois after multiple arrests.

However, his gig is running up against the law:

Gov. JB Pritzker was dealt a major legal blow Friday after a federal judge gutted key state laws providing in-state tuition, financial aid and scholarships to illegal immigrants, marking another win for the Trump administration’s nationwide immigration agenda.

U.S. District Judge Stephen McGlynn, a Trump appointee serving in the Southern District of Illinois, sided with the Justice Department, ruling that Illinois’ in-state tuition policies, the RISE Act and the Illinois DREAM Act are “unconstitutional and invalid” as they apply to illegal immigrants.

The ruling permanently prevents Illinois from enforcing the laws.

We need more action by the Federal Government to stop lawless governors like California’s Newsom, Illinois’ Pritzker, Colorado’s Polis, Kathy Hochul in New York and more governors like in Oregon and Washington.

“The Justice Department filed the lawsuit against Illinois and a handful of colleges in September 2025, arguing Illinois violated federal law by offering in-state tuition and financial aid to illegal immigrants without making those same benefits available to all U.S. citizens regardless of where they live. McGlynn granted the federal government’s motion for summary judgment and denied Illinois’ motion to dismiss.”

The Justice Department has won or reached settlements in similar cases involving Texas, Kentucky, Oklahoma and Nebraska, with Nebraska agreeing to end in-state tuition benefits for illegal immigrants as part of a settlement. Lawsuits remain pending against Minnesota, Virginia, California, New Jersey, Kansas, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maryland and Colorado.

“For three decades, Congress has made clear that Colorado cannot give education benefits to illegal aliens that it does not give to all American citizens,” Associate Attorney General Stanley Woodward said. “By granting illegal aliens in-state tuition, Colorado is not only violating federal law but subsidizing education for illegal aliens at taxpayers’ expense.”

And, like all Americans, we are sick of it. Really SICK OF IT!

At some point, Americans need to make their voices heard as to the “Rule of Law” and the support for our citizens, our kids, our institutions, and our way of life. Those who come here illegally need to fix their own countries, fix their own governments, fix their own lives by their own labors, their own activism, and their own responsibilities.

Quit breaking into and invading our country.  And to you governors, mayors and council members who support those break-ins, stop helping those invaders.  Because someday, your daughters could be another Laken Riley, Rachel Morin, or Sheridan Gorman.
