I have noticed, that Cloud Ceiling Heights have come down much lower over the last 5 years. We have many wind turbines in the area, and Clouds have come down to their level many times. This is a Major Sign that something is a miss. I hold a Private Pilots Licence
and < 300' Cloud Ceilings was unheard of. Especially in the time period I was flying in, back in the 80's….sure is Weird
