The first video certainly puts forth a scenario worth considering. The possibility of a foiled worse attack is interesting. But it is possible the attack was not meant to be all that devastating, and that the positioning of the vehicle was key to damaging the target within the building, whether by a bomb within the vehicle, missile, or DEW. If so, then someone involved had intimate knowledge of where and what lies in the building that they wanted to damage. I also seem to remember another claim of a fire in the building before the explosion which suggests the RV was cover for sabotage within, or perhaps the infrared laser DEW was already cooking the building’s innards before the explosion.
