But what must be agreed before this change can be implemented, is the understanding that our current situation is corrupt. In addition to any change for the better does not start when the government says it does. It can start immediately in the hearts of the readers of this passage. It needs not a law, or bill to begin this revolution, just the willingness to love fellow mankind as you would yourself and your family.
