More Bags Of Marshmallows Delivered To Members Of Congress

Two more members of Congress, Senator John McCain and Representative David Schweikert were recipients of a bag of marshmallows yesterday as The Great Marshmallow Protest continues. The event points out that Congress has taken it easy on Obama and to remind its members that they’re supposed to be representing the people as well as defending and upholding the Constitution of the United States.
“Congress is supposed to be representing we the people and sticking up for the Constitution. It doesn’t seem to me like they’re doing their jobs at all. Why aren’t they holding Obama accountable for his actions or having him answer for his many scandals like Benghazi, Fast and Furious, or even the IRS targeting conservative groups? Why aren’t they stopping him from spending our tax dollars on all his vacations? Congress is supposed to be representing we the people and sticking up for the Constitution. Yes, they seem very soft on a lot of things so, I figured a bag of marshmallows was good a symbol as any to point out how I feel about our leaders in Washington,” said Phoenix resident and business owner Nohl Rosen who started the protest.
