Deep State (FOIA) protection of Hillary Clinton [ insufficient “public interest”]

Tim Westhoff on the latest obscene Deep State (FOIA) protection of Hillary Clinton – YouTube

‘How DARE you question Madame Hillary!’: FBI won’t release files & court enables DNC corruption

The FBI is refusing to release Hillary Clinton’s files, saying to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) petitioner that there was insufficient “public interest” to outweigh Clinton’s privacy concerns. Also, a class action lawsuit has been thrown out for technical reasons, the implication being that the Democratic National Committee will go unpunished for rigging the primary campaign against Senator Bernie Sanders. Lionel of Lionel Media joins RT America’s Anya Parampil to offer his take.

An individual in government has no privacy when operating as a representative of e People! They atre no longer private in any manner; they are a paid servant!

mmmm, I guess I missed that part about public interest when I was reading Title 28 of the Code of Federal Regulations!

Well, let us take an exposing light of TRUTH to make that Cock Roach of the FBI go scurrying away, to hide!

We will be interested in section 16.6 for response and reason of denials for FOIA requests. More specifically paragraph D!

      §16.6 Responses to requests.

      (a) In general. Components should, to the extent practicable, communicate with requesters having access to the Internet using electronic means, such as email or web portal.

      (b) Acknowledgments of requests. A component shall acknowledge the request and assign it an individualized tracking number if it will take longer than 10 working days to process. Components shall include in the acknowledgment a brief description of the records sought to allow requesters to more easily keep track of their requests.

      (c) Grants of requests. Once a component makes a determination to grant a request in full or in part, it shall notify the requester in writing. The component also shall inform the requester of any fees charged under §16.10 and shall disclose the requested records to the requester promptly upon payment of any applicable fees. The component must inform the requester of the availability of the FOIA Public Liaison to offer assistance.

      (d) Adverse determinations of requests. A component making an adverse determination denying a request in any respect shall notify the requester of that determination in writing. Adverse determinations, or denials of requests, include decisions that: the requested record is exempt, in whole or in part; the request does not reasonably describe the records sought; the information requested is not a record subject to the FOIA; the requested record does not exist, cannot be located, or has been destroyed; or the requested record is not readily reproducible in the form or format sought by the requester. Adverse determinations also include denials involving fees or fee waiver matters or denials of requests for expedited processing.

      Reasons for denial:

      1. the requested record is exempt, in whole or in part

The records as noted are not exempt!

      2. the request does not reasonably describe the records sought

The records requested, clearly described the records sought

      3. the information requested is not a record subject to the FOIA

The records requested are clearly defined as being subject to FOIA

      4. the requested record does not exist

The records requested being sought are already known to exist

      5. cannot be located, or has been destroyed

The records requested can be located, and have not been destroyed, despite Comey hiding the Hard Drives for months, in an attempt to shield Hillary from prosecution!

      6. the requested record is not readily reproducible in the form or format sought by the requester

      Doesn’t even come into play!

      7. Adverse determinations also include denials involving fees or fee waiver matters or denials of requests for expedited processing.

Once again, fees wasn’t an issue!

Hmmm that covers all the different issues for denial of a FOIA request, but stunningly enough is the fact that the FBI deciding that there is not enough public interest just doesn’t happen to be any of the reasons for which a denial could be given!

This is just one more bit of proof that both the FBI and CIA should be refunded and closed down! FBI noted involved in homeland espionage and Terrorism, CIA training Terrorists on American soil as well as funding ISIS, not to mention their drug running (opium from Afghanistan)! America can never win the war on drugs when the biggest supplier is those claiming to be the American Government!
