3) There was a total disagreement on the New Eastern Gold backed Dollar.

It will apparently take President Trump until the fall of 2018 to eliminate the US Trade Deficit making Gold Trade a reality – that is if Congress gets out of his way.

So Rex Tillerson believes this New Gold Backed Currency now taking out the Petro Dollar needs to be delayed by 1 year – the Russians disagreed.
