Hideously Dumb and Dangerous: Fascistic Antifa Follows Up on Its Restaurant Harassment of Ted Cruz

Antifa is a despicable and dangerous organization. And, it seems to me, it should be a primary concern of law enforcement.

As evidence, please consider Ted Cruz’s experience at a Washington D.C. restaurant Monday night. He and his wife, Heidi, were accosted by a large group of radicals who infiltrated the restaurant with harassing shouts of “We believe survivors.”

Of course, “We believe survivors” is a statement which makes no logical sense. If you don’t believe them, then you believe they are not survivors; the only reason you are calling them survivors is that you first believed them. You are believing something without proof or reason; that is called “being dumb.” Secondly, you’re choosing to believe these people about whom you believe something you have no basis upon which to believe; but because you believe what makes no sense to believe, then you believe in believing it.

What they should be chanting, instead, is, “We believe anyone who says they are a survivor of something.” Or, if they wanted to shorten the chant, they could opt for the much simpler “We’re dumb.” It seems optimal, but that’s just me.

Either way, after Cruz’s far-from-delightful dining experience (which was covered here with mastery by RedState’s streiff), the Antifa group Smash Racism DC reiterated its threat to Cruz on Twitter.

In its initial announcement, note the fascistic group’s comment, “Fascists not welcome.” This is yet another instance where substantial syllables could be shaved off with a streamlined “We’re dumb”:

Then the threats:

p1. No—you can’t eat in peace—your politics are an attack on all of us

You’re votes are a death wish. Your votes are hate crimes.

Tonight Senator Ted Cruz arrived at Fiola, an upscale restaurant mere steps from the White House, to enjoy a hearty Italian dinner.

p2. He could have dined on a lavish four course meal for only $145 while millions of Americans struggle to buy groceries. He might have sampled from the top shelf wine list as migrant children languish in cages.

p3. He’d have laughed with his wife while women and members of the LGBTQ community collectively gasp in horror as Senator Cruz pushes forward on Bret Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court nomination. At least he could have had activists not interrupted his evening just as he was being seated

p4. Instead, activists from Smash Racism DC, Resist This, DC IWW, members of DC Democratic Socialists of America, Anarchists, women, sexual assault survivors, and members of the LGBTQ community interrupted Ted Cruz’s peaceful meal.

p5. While our interruption does not compare in scale to the interruptions his actions as a Senator have had on millions of American lives, we hope that it reminds Cruz and others like him that they are not safe from the people they have hurt.

When analyzing a 5-point declaration of farcical witlessness, it’s tough to carve out enough time in the day to do it justice. I’ll try to just hit on a few things here.

Part 1 – Antifa is a dangerous fascistic group which must be stopped.

Part 2 – Dear dolts with your Macbooks and $700 cellphones: the same can be said of you and everyone else living in America. You enjoy privilege while others somewhere else do not. That’s the breaks, compliments of reality. If, instead, you wish to suffer as do those who suffer the most in the world, you will have to not be alive. At that point, you will have accomplished an equal disadvantage to the most disadvantaged among us, which are people who have suffered so much, they have died. In lieu of that, may he who lacks an Apple product cast the first stone.

Also, children  have “[languished] in cages” because of the law — that which was broken by illegal immigrants, and that which was set by Democrats — the Clinton administration’s Flores Settlement agreement, plus the 2008 Democratically-controlled Congress, plus the left-wing 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, when combine with illegal immigrants decision to break the law, equals detainment (please see here).

Part 3 – If anyone is “gasping in horror” over Brett Kavanaugh’s potential SCOTUS confirmation, they have a disconcertingly aberrant perspective, no doubt fueled by an abject lack of knowledge and understanding. As they attempt address this about themselves, the rest of the functional world can’t hold in its laughter ’til they attain Perfect Zen.

Part 4 – You are rude, and you have no excuse.

Part 5 – Hopefully, you — a group of breathtakingly dumb fascists — are not safe from law enforcement, and you will be brought to justice.

I’d also like to add, “Get a life. Stop crying over elections and pronouns, and learn to do something that serves a purpose other than terrorism, for which you may end up in jail like a moron.”
