“Woke” NYU Students Blame Chelsea Clinton for New Zealand Attack

On Friday night, a vigil was held at the New York University Kimmel Center to honor the victims of the terror attacks in New Zealand. Chelsea Clinton, a New York City resident, attended to pay her respects. That didn’t go over well with some in the NYU community, who are still in a blind rage that Clinton condemned Rep. Ilhan Omar’s anti-semitic remarks.

This particular Twitter user (I would say woman, but I don’t want to assume gender identification) has been upset with Chelsea Clinton for more than a month, according to her Twitter timeline.

Now the Clintons are involved in slandering @IlhanMN, to the surprise of no one. This is absolutely pathetic, & we need to show up for Omar now more than ever with these establishmentarians yet again trying to defame a black woman for having the courage that they lack. https://t.co/QFhCtb6p2f

The vigil was a public event, designed to show solidarity with the Muslim community.

Part of the invitation reads:

“Please join us in solidarity and support so that we can together meet this hate with the love needed to extinguish it.”

In that spirit of love, Esor’s best friend and others accosted Chelsea in a hallway, accusing her of causing the attack with her “Islamophobia and hypocrisy.”

Here’s the video that @Esor__Fasa put up where her friend is attacking Chelsea Clinton at a memorial service and linking her to the New Zealand massacre because Chelsea dared to call out Ilhan Omar’s anti-Semitism.

The audio quality is poor, but the conversation shown goes like this:

Woman: …after all that you have done [inaudible]

Chelsea: I am so sorry you feel that way.

Woman: This right here is the result of a massacre stoked by people like you and the words that you put out…[inaudible] and I want you to know that, and I want you to feel that deep inside of you. Forty-nine people died because of the rhetoric that you put out there.”

Chelsea: I’m so sorry.

Woman: I don’t think —

Man: What does I’m sorry you feel that way mean?  What does that mean?

Chelsea Clinton handled herself with grace and honor, and obviously bears no responsibility at all for what happened in New Zealand. As Dana Loesch tweeted, it’s “inexcusable, unhelpful, and wrong.”

The harassing pair of besties started tweeting out a Venmo link to raise money for themselves, but once they were called out on it claimed it was a “joke” and instead tweeted a link to a victim’s fund. But they were (until deleting their Twitter accounts a few hours later) absolutely unapologetic about their actions.

i was on the verge of tears all day today and actually cried on my into and during prayer but the charade of a vigil where more non-muslims than muslims spoke and chelsea clinton was invited made me so viscerally angry and i will not apologize for that

This is further proof that the extremists on the left don’t have even the tiniest desire to work toward solutions or treat anyone they don’t consider 100 percent down with their cause with respect.

It also makes you wonder why parents would bribe people and risk jail time to get their kids into elite universities.
